Cadillac was taken in for cracked catalytic converter, (warranty), plus oil & filter change. Service manager called & said it was time for engine air filter element & cabin air filter. I okayed it. Service manager called me 2 1/2 hours later telling me the work was finished. I was pleased with the calls & the speed in which the job was completed!
Horrible service department.
Horrible service department. Complete lack of communication. Did not fix problem with my brand new car. Also, they noticed an alignment issue and didn’t fix it. I received no phone calls to update me all day. I had to wait on hold for 30 mins at the end of the day just for someone to find out what was going on with my car. They hadn’t even started the work yet and it was there all day with an advance appointment. Service manager not helpful. I will never come back here.

We were at the beginning of a 3,000 mile trip, and the check engine light went on. The nearest dealer was Murdock Chevrolet, Cadillac, etc. in Manhattan, KS. It was a Saturday morning, and luckily the service department was open. They diagnosed the problem, but didn't have the needed part. They called several nearby dealerships, and after several calls, found one in nearby Abilene, KS, and we hurried to Abilene. We arrived in Abilene, the car was repaired, and we proceeded on our trip with no problems. Remember, this was a Saturday morning when most dealer service departments were only open on Saturday morning, and with a skeleton crew. We really appreciate the helpful service people at Murdock!
Will never go back!!!!
Took my car in because I believed my catalytic converter was bad. I could only select check engine light diagnostics check and put in the notes that no check lights was on and described what was going on. They said no codes showed up and they couldn’t diagnose. Charged me $64 and said it is probably the catalytic converter and that I should take it to another dealership.
Great dealership and awesome employees.
Great dealership and awesome employees. Would recommend to everyone. Easy to work with and they don't harass at all.
Don’t feed a client BS
Went in today to look at Silverado’s and Anthony Chabrier helped me. Everything was good at first seemed to have a idea at what I was trying to accomplish then he gave me my trade evaluation and then proceeded to tell me “with the price of gas going up trucks just are losing their value” what a absolute xxxxxxxx response. the value is what it is that’s fine, but don’t try to insult my intelligence and feed me bull crap. Will absolutely not be back now.

This dealership has the slowest service department imaginable. Even with making appointments way in advance it takes 2+ hours for a simple oil change every single time I’ve used this dealership.
Didn't expect to buy.....but did.
Went in to kill some time, hoping to see a c8 Corvette. Didn't have one yet on lot. Wife decided to look at a few cars, as we expected to part with hers on 2 to 3 years. She found one she loved (same as her old, less miles, more features, better color, and several years newer) After looking at the deal, her payments stayed almost flat with the upgrade. They then had to ride with us 20 minutes to go get her car to trade (we were in my toy as weather was nice). Anyway, she is pretty happy in the new to her 2015 srx.

I was dropped off at work, which was a great service. I called to be picked up and waited 40 minutes befire calling to find out that no one was actually on the way. Then someone was sent to pick me up who had no idea where to pick me up so I waited an additional extra 30 minutes. I pick up my truck and drive off to realize my tire pressure wasn’t even checked, which is something I specifically mentioned at drop off. So I seriously wonder whether a 30 point check (or however many point check) was even performed for $100 oil change. The manager tried to make up for everything by offer ring a complimentary oil change and detail service, but I doubt I will trust this place ever again to come back.
Best dealership in the country
Murdock Motors has worked with me for almost 30 years. They are the most honest, courteous, trustworthy dealership in Kansas. They work very hard to please the customer, Their service department are second to none. They work quickly to fix any problem on you vehicle, and keep you well informed throughout the process. Every one at the dealership are kind, and friendly. the dealership is very clean, and brightly lite. The new cars ,and used cars are neatly parked for customers easy access to viewing them.t-There is always someone there to answer question, and deal with concerns. When it comes to trading vehicles I usually view several dealerships. Then return to Murdock's to get the best deal and most dependable service. In these times you need to consider the dealership as much as you do the brand of vehicle. Murdock Motors is the dealership on top of the mountain, the best
