I went the to test drive a CPO Caddy. Finally made the trip to the dealer. First red flag the vehicle has sub OEM tires. Second red flag the advertised... mileage which is still incorrect on your website is 12,580 approx. The odometer red 15,750 approx on the test drive. The Salesperson after the test drive was RUDE. We could not agree on a price. That is how it goes. He admonished me for having wasted his time as if he drove the hour from his home and for having to answer a few emails. Isn't that part of the job? I asked for money off the vehicle for the difference in the mileage and because their no haggle price dropped $200 since the last time we exchanged emails on price. I liked the car a lot . Just terrible customer service. Ok we don't agree it is not the end of the world.
We spoke with the customer via email prior to their agreement to come for a test drive. Customer reviewed the vehicle and drove it. Customer expected ...a large discount off for pricing. We price our used vehicles online very aggressively, which is likely why said customer drove an hour to view it. We can usually provide a small discount, but we don't have the ability to negotiate thousands on our used inventory as we already have them priced to market. Unfortunately could not agree on terms.
2013 used Suburban-salesman-what a great deal, certified, inspected -only problem is after 6K miles engine blew up-8K to replace-Miller could care less-they... got their money

James Becker has always been straight forward, truthful, and friendly, as is Bruce Carter. These are people I feel comfortable dealing with and always... with go to them first. The service person, Justin, could not have been any more prepared or friendly. I wish Miller Brothers was located in Berlin, MD

I had an awsome experience at Miller Brothers Chevrolet in Ellicott City, compared to 3 other car dealers and online car shopping I visited. At MBC, no... pressure to buy, friendly atmosphere, and understanding from Mr. Corky Franklin, Mr. Brad Witmer, Mr. Matt, and Mr. Mike Miller. I went in as a customer and left as a guess as Mr Corky had told me. He is right, I am going back again as a guess for the same car shopping experience. Thank you
Absolutely amazing customer service. I bought a car last month (and I love it) when I test drove it it had a flat, they replaced the valve stem. Fast forward... a month and that tire is flat again. I took the car in, they saw me right away, patched the tire and ordered a new one. It arrived the next day, they put it on and it cost me nothing. I will be a customer for life.

Contacted for additional info on vehicle. I'm approximately 3 hours away, so I requested detailed info like smells, previous paint work, and interior... condition. I was given a generic response of "it looks good to me" and "check the CarFax". The dealer is fully aware (as am I) CarFax only has records for incidents that are reported, however the dealer has other methods for confirming body work on a vehicle, i.e. Paint meter, turned fender bolts, etc. I responded to the email pointing this information out, and received no additional follow up from the sales team. I would suggest any potential customer proceed with caution.
