    I had a great experience at AutoNation. My salesman Nate Evans was very helpful and answered all of my questions about my new Cruze. He gave me a tour of the beautiful showroom. Everyone was friendly. The purchasing process was not a long drawn out all day process. It was truly a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend AutoNation.

    I called to inquire about a car I saw online and I was instantly assured that they can guarantee the price which was important since I had to drive a great distance. The entire staff was professional and nice to work with. I was given the best service and attention. Within a few hours I drove home in the car of my dreams. I'm so happy and grateful for the team at AutoNation Baltimore.

    Salesman "Dennis" security Baltimore autonation...was awesome I was so upside down in my previous vehicle. I had tried so many other dealers and no one was able to put my payments where I wanted them to be. He was able to trade my vehicle in with a small amount down and put me in a brand new car. My payment is just where I can afford. I definitely would recommend him/ dealership to family and friends. Thanks a million

    My daughter was having issues with her 2010 Terrain and another dealership was let's say not so willing to perform warranty work. I always get my vehicles serviced at autonation, so I decided to give them a call. They were very helpful, I had my daughter bring the vehicle to autonation and they fixed everything. Even helped out with a loaner during the repairs. Highly recommend the team at autonation!

    My representative was Wayne Prince. He gave me outstanding service. He went beyond my expectations when my window broke in the middle of a rainstorm at 530pm. He became more than a service provider but a good friend that day. Please consider him for any employee recognition program that your agency offers. If you need a letter from me, I would be honored to do so. I was able to go to work uninterrupted and then continue with my daily life until my car was repaired. Please thank him again for me!

    Upon arrival, the check in process was quick, yet thorough. My service rep collected details about the service my vehicle needed, assured that I would be updated throughout the repair and directed me to a comfortable lounge area. There I enjoyed my lunch and watched tv. My service rep visited the lounge to assure I was comfortable and to provide updates. I waited for my car a little less than two hours before my rep returned to give me the great news... my vehicle repairs were complete and covered under the warranty, which meant no out of pocket expenses for me! All the service reps were friendly, which is not the norm at all dealerships. Thank you for making a stressful situation, very pleasant!
