DON'T BUY HERE. RIP OFF SALES FOLKS

Wow, what an underhanded car sales team and dealership! Bought a vehicle there and received the loan papers and they baited and switched the prices so we are paying twice as much for the vehicle for three times longer than we discussed! Rates were outrageous and I have excellent credit. Made the car loan for 7 years instead of three to make it appear the price was lower. Watch out for these rip-off artists. They should not be in business! DON'T BUY HERE!

To say I am very disappointed with this dealership is an understatement!! I was hoping to purchase a new Frontier Pro4X. Dan Henshaw is not a man of his word plain and simple. Matt Pugh Executive Manager never called me to discuss. I would stay away from making an out of town purchase from them. My credit score I see from TransUnion is 75 points higher than the report they pulled! I offered to have my wife co sign who has stellar credit but Dan Henshaw told me they really don’t want the deal and there are too many “Red Flags” on my file and they simply don’t want to do the deal on their truck. My reviews like this are seen by thousands of people. My wife and Son already have 18 month leases on these beautiful trucks. If you would like help securing one for yourself I am in the business and there are dealers willing to work with you and your credit situation. If I can help I am the Executive VP for EasyLease Automotive Lease. Both of my leases were secured for under $500 down and $500 per month (with approved NMAC) credit. Good car-buying experience

Salesman and Chiefs' fan Zachary was polite and patient without exception through a 5-day used vehicle purchase, including coming in on his day off to finalize the sale. Because of the pandemic, I emailed him early on, listing my social distancing needs; sales experience expectations; model, approximate year, and vehicle features needed; as well as trade-in vehicles’ features. The first CR-V he showed me was the one I purchased. Negotiations were kept respectfully short, and I think the dealer and I were both satisfied with the outcome. There were some hitches in paperwork—for example, the first loan document included the dealer’s initially proposed trade-in amount instead of the negotiated amount—but I believe these were unintentional mistakes, and they were remedied with haste and without complaint. You might save a bit more by driving to a high-volume Columbus dealer—I don't know—but if you prefer shopping in Athens, as I do, I recommend giving Hugh White a try.

2019 Nissan Rogue

We were very impressed with our experience buying our new Rogue. The salesman, Kyle Dillar and his manager were very easy to work with and willing to negotiate the initial asking price.
