Mani Khan

When I drove up, Mani came out to meet me. I told him I wanted to purchase a car for my mother and told him exaxctly what I wanted and exactly the deal I wanted to make. Within minutes I had a deal, brought my mother back the following day and she couldn't be happier. Mani and his team made it a fast, pleasant experience.

Thanks to this man, I have a Mercury Mountaineer, that rides smooth as silk, has a music system that bumps real good, sounds real profound, safe, in great condition, freshly detailed and almost new. Best experience I ever had buying a new car!

Awesome experience! I knew what I wanted to spend and I expressed that to my salesman Mani Khan. Donald Hood is truly the best they made it happen. No annoying haggling or waiting around. Mani saw me park in the dealers lot came up to me as soon as I reached the door ,was pleasant willing to help offered me a water. I told him what I wanted he took the time to find the Truck. Great service with no non-sense

My wife and I were in the market for a 2015 Ford Explorer and we had the opportunity to come into contact with Greg Rawlings at Chapman Ford in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey. As soon as we met with Greg we were met with a smile and in invitation to speak with him about the Ford Explorer. Greg was a pleasure to deal with and I felt like I was dealing with someone that I had known for years. There was no non-sense or over the top dramatics when we negotiated price and Greg was extremely professional. I was at another dealership in Southern New Jersey where I was made to feel like they were doing me a favor by bringing a new Ford Explorer to their dealership so I could purchase it. My experience with Chapman Ford was completely different and I would highly recommend stopping in to see them if you are in the market for a new /used vehicle.

Good experience

Salesman was very attentive, listened to what we were looking for and pointed us in a direction that meets our needs. He respected our privacy and was not pushy. Both he and the sales manager listened to any concerns I had financially and addressed them to my satisfaction.

Used car

When looking for a used car I initially spoke and met with Mani Kahn. The car I was interested got sold before we could look at it. When I came back Mani was not there so I dealt with another salesman who ultimately sold me the car. There was a very good rapport between the salesmen. Mani was very polite the next time I saw him, even though I ended up buying a car from another salesman while he was out. Thank you!!

Great car buying experience

Dine was great she made me feel at ease and the proccess was smooth and pressure free. She answered all my questions and made me feel at home at the dealership. I was offered refreshments and ask multiple times if I needed anything. I got a great deal and will always buy my cars from chapman from now on.

I brought my ford fusion into chapman ford service and body shop repairs for years, I just purchased a pre owned passat and will be doing my service there as well!
