While serving jury duty, I asked my wife to stop by your previously owned vehicle lot to see what was available. She entered the office and Sean met her at the door. He graciously showed her what we thought we wanted and allowed my wife to drive several models of Taurus and Focus. When my wife met me at the courthouse, she told me what a pleasant experience she had and that Sean was a quality man. To be up front, I am very wary of used car salesmen. I soon found out that Sean was not the stereotypical "lot vulture". He was more concerned in finding us a vehicle to meet our needs than making a sale. he even went so far as to taking us to an associated dealer because they had another vehicle that might be a better fit for us. Returning for the third visit, Sean was able to negotiate a very fair price on the 2012 F-150 we liked. We are exceptionally pleased with our vehicle, the purchase process and, most important, your sales staff. I would like to thank Sean for all his efforts to find us our F-150. ALL the staff was very courteous and helpful. I hope the move to the new dealership location works out for all of them. I bought a F 150 FX 54. Just got it and like so far, just have to set up all the goodies in it. Yes, I was informed that I could stop by anytime for help. I have two friends that have a F-150, this was a primary reason why I purchased this truck. I didn't fill out the stars for facilities, We all know that the're in the process of moving out of that old building. Thanks, William Curry
