    We purchased a used car from Monte Evans in May, and were extremely satisfied with our purchase. Everyone, and I mean everyone made us feel comfortable during the entire process, and we highly recommend Monte, and this dealership to anyone in the market to purchase a new or used vehicle.

    The absolute worst dealership I've ever been to. Car we were looking at sold during our appointment to look at the car and they staff was extremely rude about it. Made fun of us. Don't ever buy from them

    Agreed to buy a used car from them long distance. Made a deposit via credit card. Informed that the dealership wont accept wire fund transfer, so I had a certified check overnighted from my bank. They found the check unacceptable, even after talking directly with my banker. Unbelievable. I withdrew completely and I'm back in the market.

    It is company policy to not release a vehicle without certified funds,Customer was reminded by two different people that we needed certified funds The check we recieved from their bank was not certified funds this was verified by the company that issued the check for the bank, and with a transport coming later that same day to come pick up vehicle the check did not have the proper time to clear the bank before the car could be released to go to Arizona.

    Went to the Sprinfield, IL branch checking out an Impala and imformation on it for when I recieve my income tax return next month. Ryan Maisenbacher was vey helpful and was able to make a deal with no money down and financing with in my budget getting the Impala now instead of waiting a month for my refund 5 star service all around

    Bought a new impala and they tried to trick me on the financing.told me 60 no and lucky me I noticed that they had the paperwork at 72 months. Then the salesman didn't have the time to do a walk around and show me the features. When I got home I noticed some peeling paint. Took it back the next day and they said I must have gotten into something. I will never step foot on that dealership again!

    Sent an inquiry re: a specific vehicle asking whether a specific service had been performed, and got only a generic reply prompting me to come in for a test drive. I replied asking yet again whether the service had been performed, and got nor reply. Several days later the vehicle was no longer listed in inventory, so apparently it sold. Too bad, as their lack of interest in replying to a specific question soured me to dealing with them again. Marked them off my list of places to shop for our next car...
