Fair and Straightforward

I purchased a Chevy Traverse for my girlfriend as we needed third row seating due to our children. Worked with Zac Eaker, who was helpful and didn't waste my time. Fair deal on the vehicle while offering to match my highest trade-in value from another dealership. Dealership did an excellent job in cleaning the vehicle despite buying it just shortly before the dealership closed.


Don't stand behind warranty or vehicles

Bought a 2016 vehicle with low miles. In a few days the battery was so dead the car couldn't even operate after it was started. Within a few months the transmission went out. Drove from Indianapolis because of the suspiciously low price. Claimed vehicle passed their inspection, but every compartment in the vehicle was filled with trash when I got it home not to mention the dead battery and failing transmission. 6 months and 2 weeks after I bought it needed complete transmission rebuild. Said it was outside the warranty period by 14 days and wouldn't pay a dime.


New vehicle needed

You CANNOT ask for a better group of people. From sales to service. I could not imagine dealing with ANY OTHER DEALERSHIP! Courteous and caring. Money is tight for me and we've hit hard times. I realize it is a business but they made me feel like I was just as important as someone that may have had a large amount to put down. The service department was also amazing!!!! I even let GM know what a wonderful group of people they have and how wonderfully they represent the company. In a world where things have become so tough this is the place you need to go.

Loaner provided. Repair was completed as told time wise. Final bill was a few dollars below estimate.

Great Buying Experience!

We found 500 online while searching for a specific vehicle. They're not the closest Chevy dealer to us, but they had the truck we liked in stock, so we took the drive. We are so very glad we did. Every single person we came in contact with was amazing - from the salesman, to the general manager, to the parts guy. We found the buying experience comfortable and stress-free. When we were ready to write up the paperwork, there was a computer glitch and they couldn't get it done that day. They offered to bring the paperwork to us the next day! We chose to go back to the dealer the next day, however. That is phenomenal customer service. Everything was explained thoroughly and all of our questions were answered. We truly felt like our business was appreciated. That's a rare feeling these days. I can't say enough good about our buying experience. Better yet, we have an amazing new Silverado 1500 named Herbie!
