We had an awesome experience at Manahawkin Jeep. Chris our salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable and a no pressure type of experience. Mike in finance was also great to deal with.

This is the 2nd jeep I have bought from Manahawkin Jeep Chrysler. Joey D was my Salesman for my latest buy and it was a really great experience. He was very helpful, patient and worked with us. Thank you so much Joey D!


By far the worst experience I ever had buy a vehicle and...

By far the worst experience I ever had buy a vehicle and I am 55 years old. My salesman Jim Pluchino has no idea of how to treat a customer. He told me he didn't want to wait an hour on the phone for my insurance company so he would take care of it on the computer. He contacts me three days later via email to tell me that I must immediantly supply proof of insurance or my loan will not be funded. He never actually wrote a me a word--just send me a letter from the credit union saying funding was withdrawn due to lack of insurance proof. He supplied me with wrong address for the credit union so I also had to fix that error. The final kick was when I was finally contacted that my plates and registration were in I owed an additional $25 in registration fees because they did not know how the truck when they charged for the registration fees. I had an email for a $25 visa gift card for taking a test drive and an email for $100 off a vehicle purchase and when I checked my paperwork, neither of these was to be found. I would not recommend this salesman to anyone and since this dealership employs him, I cannot recommend them eitherl

He made the car-buying experience smooth and easy, having all of the paperwork ready to go when I arrived just waiting for me to sign and get in my truck and go. My experience with Woody and Chris was exceptionally smooth and comfortable. I stopped by late on a Saturday night to test drive a jeep and followed up discussions over the phone. We were able to complete the deal in days. Sent over the required information ahead of time and the paperwork process was quick. I am glad that I chose to work with this group! Thank you! Brian


My Go To Dealership

Being a rather particular customer who has spent many years working in the dealership world and now retired for over 5 years I must say that I was treated with the utmost courtesy and respect in doing business in all departments. Woody knows how to get the job and will not waste your time. My salesman Jim is very knowledgeable and patient. Definitely will be back for all my automotive needs. Truly a Real Family owned dealer. Grateful that this kind of business exist in this crazy world we now live in. I love my Jeep purchase.


My 19-year-old daughter and her dad went to look at a car...

My 19-year-old daughter and her dad went to look at a car at this location last night. She liked it but it was more than what we were prepared to spend. I called about it today and spoke with Chris Gandet and he couldn’t work within our price range. He said that he had another car (same make, model, and similar mileage) he could get "on the road" for what we had to spend. Chris said the car was $2,000 less expensive than the other vehicle. I confirmed the price. Chris told me that the price difference was because this model did not have a turbo motor. I didn’t try to haggle because I thought the price was fair. I spoke to my daughter and followed up with Chris to confirm all the things he told me because my 19-year-old would be making the hour+ drive by herself and I didn’t want to find out that this deal wasn’t what we were told. Chris assured me of the price and all other information, sent me photos, and said the car was in very good condition. My daughter arrives, test drives the car, and wants to purchase it for the agreed upon price. At this point, Chris says he “made a mistake” and he can’t sell her the car for the represented price. (The car was also a lesser model.) I asked to speak with the “manager”, Greg. Greg said that Chris “made a mistake” but he would be willing to add in a free tank of gas. Greg told me that it is “bad business” to sell a car at a loss. I feel that it is “bad business” to be dishonest, disreputable, and to take advantage of a 19-year-old girl.

Wanted to leave a review for Chris Gandet, even though we didn’t end up going with the Chrysler we went to see. I usually dread car shopping because the sales people are so pushy and just looking for a sale not your best interests. Chris was the exact opposite which made me actually enjoy our day of car shopping. He was respectful and genuine. Highly recommend.

There’s not another salesman on this planet that I would recommend doing business besides Chris Gandet. He’s a young guy, but he exudes both Professionalism, and the great personality of a seasoned vet. He will receive all future and referral business from me. He knows his product, but more importantly he knows how treat a customer with courtesy and respect. The King of 72 and his Finance staff were excellent as well. I felt as though they would never lie to me or steer me in the wrong direction.
