What a wonderful experience. Everyone was extremely helpful, attentive, and overall great to work with. The same service I've had other times at Westown, but so happy to see it's still the best dealership around.

We were very pleased in dealing with Peter again.
We were very pleased in dealing with Peter again. He was. very helpful in explaining everything we needed to know about the vehicle, etc. I believe the lady’s name who helped with financing was Pam. She also was very helpful. Everyone we dealt with that day and the next day when we came back and worked with Zach to get our phone set up was great. We have recommended Westtown Ford before and we would again. Other staff members that were there working that day were very polite and friendly. We enjoyed meeting Prosper. We are enjoying our new car.

Needed to have to gas filler door housing replaced.
Needed to have to gas filler door housing replaced. Had to prepay for the part and was told when it came in it would only take an hour and about $35 for labor to install. Only took an hour to install but they charged me $115 for labor. No explanation. Nothing but labor listed on the bill. Unacceptable.
