    I've been shopping for a car to replace my 2005 Outback for a while (212K miles and still running but repairs didn't make any senses anymore). Needed something newer for the family. Cross-shopped RAV4, Highlander, 4Runner, Escape, CRV, Etc...and nothing came close to the utility, reliability and value of the 2017 Premium Outback. This is a major upgrade for Subaru...interior and exterior a total upgrade from my 2005. Handles snow like it wasn't there...even in stuff that my 2005 would be a little squeamish in. Interior quality is light years from where Subaru was and the CVT (which initially was why I did not want a new Outback) handles well and is unlike Nissan or others who use CVT, handles and feels like an Auto. Worked with Seth initially because of Costco Auto Buying Program. He called immediately and sent me the pricing for Costco. Showed up a couple days later, Seth was sick, and worked with Nick. We test drove the car I wanted in a major storm. He met the price of a front range dealer on the car and gave me a fair price for my trade in. (As an aside I think you get a good price under Costco, if you want to haggle more and work the dealer you could get a "better" price, but in my opinion not worth the several hundreds you could probably save). In and out with a new car late at night during a snow storm in 4-ish hours. Only complaint would be to have more snacks, drinks, coffee, etc for customers in the waiting area. I know it was late so I won't ding them for the lack of coffee, but a lot of the dealerships have huge lounges with food etc. Everyone I worked with was friendly and easy to deal with. I was happy that they met price of front-range dealer. Glad that they are local and I didn't have to drive down to Denver to buy a car. Also happy to keep the sale and money locally if that counts for anything to anyone.
