    I bought a used 2019 Kia Sorento recently from this dealership. My experience so far is very frustrating. The car we bought had a clean tile in carfax.... We bought this car and once we got home is when we realized that there was a scratch on the bumper. We did not notice it at the dealership. So I emailed them immediately with the pics asking if they will fix it. No one responded to my email for 3 days. So I called them and everyone seemed really busy. When you go there to look for cars, those salesmen have all the time, but when you go back with an issue, they were too busy to even give you a response. I called again the next day and then went in person to show the car, one of the sales guys looked at the scratches and told us that this mark comes from a number plate and He was talking as if we hit the car somewhere. I told him that I sent the pics of these marks immediately after we bought. It’s our fault that we did not pay attention to this when we bought. But the sales guy did not point it out either. We trusted the carfax and since we thought this is a good dealership we did not inspect the car for anything like this. Even after we went in person the manager seemed quite busy and they told us that they call us on Monday. I am thinking they are making us wait so that we would miss our 5 day period to return the car. We should not have bought the car from this dealership!! This is real bad experience.

    The staff at Auto Nation is outstanding. We have just purchased our 6th vehicle from them. Our experience with the staff, and particularly with Vic Biefel,... the sales person that we work with, has been excellent. The service department staff is helpful and efficient. We have referred several friends to this dealership and in particular to Vic and will continue to do so.

    I showed up not too long before closing one night, looking to investigate the new Subaru Ascent to replace my minivan. I had the very good luck to be... helped by Ryan Andersen. He is awesome! He was extremely knowledgeable about the car, listened carefully to exactly what I was looking for, and did not pressure me at all. So once I was ready to buy in a few more weeks, I set up an appointment with him. I have to say, this was the best test drive I've ever taken! Not only is AutoNation Subaru West just in an ideal test drive location, but Ryan took care to really showcase the car's features - including testing out X-mode, which involved a short but really impressive off-roading segment. We had a blast and came out of it really understand the car and what it was capable of. Once we'd handled all the details with Ryan, he passed us over to Chris Paine, who did a great job taking care of us with all the paperwork, discussion of warranties, etc. Once again, no high-pressure sales, just respectful communication and excellent service. This was such a great experience I will be recommending AutoNation Subaru West, particularly Ryan and Chris, to all my friends. We had such a good time getting my car, which I never thought I'd say. And of course, Subaru makes simply the best cars... but I'll let Ryan tell you about why they are the best. Go see him; you won't be disappointed.
