Just overall bad. The worst dealership i have ever been to in my entire life. The owner should he ashamed. Don't go here no matter what people.
This is the fifth vehicle we have purchased at I-79 Honda and we are very pleased with them. Our sales associate, Stephanie was very knowledgeable and... helped in the buying process We bought a 2019 Honda Pilot EXL and we are very impressed with this car. We are happy the Honda garage is moving to Morgantown WV.
I began my search for a new Honda online. The Honda web site provided the basic information necessary to decide what model and option packages best suit... your needs. Once I had a good idea of ehat I wanted it became a matter of checking with Honda dealerships for availability of the vehicle and cost. I found all the dealership eager to work with me and provided all the information I requested. I selected I-79 Honda in Mount Morris, PA. for the following reasons: * They were the closest to me. * The salesman working with me was very easy to work with and made a point of going over all aspects , both pro and con, of the packages of options and what he believed would best meet my requirements for the vehicle. * The salesman also told me that he would do his very best to beat or match any quoted price I received. This he did! * I beleive I received the best price I could on the vehicle I had selected.
Purchased a brand new car from them and two years later my windshield wiper motor broke. I am 23 and they would not provide me with a rental car because... I’m not 25, or would not help me to pay for a rental car aNywhere else. I am now unable to drive my car to work. They would not help me to resolve this problem, pretty much said it’s my issue not theirs. Awful service.
This operation sold me a vehicle with undisclosed issues that will likely cost thousands of dollars to resolve. They were not willing to help in any way.... I buy on average 7-8 used cars annually, and I have never encountered a group of individuals as unethical as these folks. Buyer beware...
I purchased a car here two months ago and was told that the tires had 80% of the tread left on them. There were dents in the windshield so I asked for... it to be replaced and was told that it could be repaired instead of replaced. Obviously just trying to save themselves a dime. I took care of the car, had the tires rotated, and had a tire blow out on me while on the interstate. When I called the dealership to speak with them, the manager was very short with me and told me he would return my call. When my call was returned, the general Manager Joey Romeo was very rude with me, yelled at me, and hung up on me when I asked him to not be rude with me. Overall I am not happy with this dealership and their customer service. I would not recommend them to anyone buying a used car. Its very sad when the “General Manager” of a dealership calls you just to yell at you and be rude to you because of a mistake that him and his employees made because of carelessness trying to save money.
The Sales manager Drew would not give me a firm price for my trade in or negotiate a price unless i committed to buying the car at that time. He was extremely... pushy and extremely rude. Would never buy a car there again, i purchased two cars there in the past but will never go back.
As a college student with no previous esatablished credit and no cosigner, I could not find anywhere to approve me for a half decent vehicle, until I came... across Honda Mazda. I submitted an application online and Greg contacted me right away to see what I was looking for and got me in a vehicle that nobody else would come close to offering me. Loretta was sure to make the payments and downpayment just what I needed. They both worked very hard so I could get my first vehicle, on my own, something nobody else would do! Can't say how thankful I am for as much as they did and as smooth as they made the process!
I love my new Mazda 6. Smitty & Duane made the leasing process so easy. They did not have the car in stock that I wanted. They went out with their system... & found my new car. I feel that I got a great deal and couldn't be happier.
My wife & I had decided it was time to trade our old car in on something newer, safer, & more reliable for our family. We had the main concerns many people... do when in this situation: our credit isn't amazing so who will finance us @ a reasonable rate/payment & dealing with dealerships isn't always a pleasant or stress free situation. We quickly found out that @ i79 Joe Romeo's, these worries don't exist! Joe Romeo's was one of the first places we looked & we found a vehicle that we loved almost immediately; it had everything we were looking for, has low mileage, & in beautiful condition. We decided to go ahead & "try" to see what they could do for us, but were reluctant going in as we didn't think they could work with our situation. Well Cara, Loretta, & Joe stepped up to the plate & knocked it out of the park for us! Now we're driving a beautiful Honda CR-V that will hopefully serve our family for years to come. My wife & I both have owned/bought vehicles from dealerships in the past before we married & didn't have many, if any positive experiences. These folks made this all happen for us in basically one day! We are still amazed at the incredible job they did & how well they worked together as a team to make sure we got into a safe & reliable vehicle. This is not a place where you are simply treated as buyer, or dollar signs, or a number in line: they treated us like family & we had just met! It was a great family car buying experience, yet if I had been a single man I have no doubt I would've still got that same treatment from these folks. Loretta is the QUEEN of finance & was so efficient with the stacks of paperwork it takes to finance a car...AMAZING! Cara and Joe took wonderful care of me on the sales floor addressing all my questions or concerns. I walked out of there after applying & was shocked at how I felt that they were really, truly wanting to not just sell us a car but rather take care of me & my family. AND when we bought the car they filled up the tank & gave it a fresh detail job....NOT MANY PLACES STILL OFFER THAT! All of this took place in the comfort of the dealership...no driving from place to place or city to city, no being stuck in a mall parking lot having sales people fight or yell at us for business...that certainly isn't how buying a car was meant to be. Go see these folks & they'll quickly remind you of how car buying should be: honest, efficient, fair, & where you are treated as family!!! We are customers for life....even if we moved out of state, we'd come back to them for sure!!!
