    From the moment I got there, the people helping me out were nothing but friendly! They showed me the car I was interested in, allowed me to poo the good,... look in the car, and answered just about every question I had. Highly recommend and they have some kind employment!

    Courtesy Automotive was a fabulous dealership to help get us established in our new car. We loved all the tech features, safety and pride Volvo takes in... building these cars. The classic styling and practicality was hard to find in competing brands. Though this is our first Volvo I have a feeling it will not be our last.

    I recently purchased a 2015 Subaru Forester. I am so pleased with the car and extremely pleased with the service I received. Cameron Jabcobs was an excellent... salesman that not only treated me with courtesy but with respect. (Some car salesmen can be very dismissive of women) . I had done my homework, knew what I wanted and knew what I could afford. We discussed the pros and cons of various options. He listened to my reasons and did not try to push anything on to me. I really appreciated being treated as an equal. The whole staff was willing to answer any questions I had about the car and spent a lot of time going over the various syatems. Cameron even helped me set up the Blue tooth phone. I would recommend Courtesy Motors to my women friend and especially Cameron as the salesman to deal with.

    While waiting for our annual service, we enjoyed spending our waiting time with John, the car salesman talking about baking as he was a former bakery owner... and we are trying to make good bread at home, it made the wait pleasant.

    THIS IS A REVIEW OF COURTESY AUTOMOTIVE COLLISION CENTER. Brought our Buick to Courtesy for right front repair in area of headlight unit. We mistakenly... assumed that as a GM dealer they could get parts and do the repairs faster. Time from original estimate to completed repairs was over a month, even though insurance had paid in full within 10 days. At no time did Courtesy staff call us as to when to bring in the car in or repair status. In addition the final price charged was higher than two other estimates. Suggest others consider independent Chico repair companies such as Collision Pros or Knockout Collision. LOG OF REPAIR WITH COURTESY AUTOMOTIVE COLLISION CENTER: 2017 9/5/17 Date of original repair estimate. Told work would be completed 5-7 days after parts arrived. 9/14/17 Letter from insurance company advising full payment had been mail (less $500 deductible). 9/25/17 Since no word from Courtesy, telephoned and was told parts would be in by 9/26 and car could be dropped off then. 9/26/17 Car dropped off at Courtesy Collision Center. Advised that work would not be completed before Friday 10/6/17. 10/1/17 Car parked in Courtesy parking lot still unrepaired. 10/6/17 Called Courtesy about when repair would be completed and told early next week. 10//10 Telephone call from Courtesy advising repairs completed. 10/11/17 Car picked up from Courtesy
