Absolutely trash service, argued with me on what my car

Absolutely trash service, argued with me on what my car has, as far as features. DID NOT FIX IT. Made me wait forever and seldom got true updates. Huge headache. Did not offer to help. Told me to go somewhere else. 6 grand is what they were paid. I need my money back so I can take it to actually get fixed. Do not recommend. They costed me out of pocket 190.00 from Enterprise company, they lied to my insurance that my car was done and it wasn't. They didn't tell me they weren't there in the weekend, so I drove there for a rental and they weren't there.

Not happy with them at all.

Not happy with them at all. You call and leave messages. No returned phone calls. So it's hard to make an appointment to get your car serviced. I went in for an oil change and they should of rotated my tires and didn't. I felt rushed like they don't have time to talk to you or explain things . Like Zach did his job very well. I asked them to check all my fluids , they didn't bother with it either. Very dissatisfied.

Never got in touch with me.

Never got in touch with me. I had to recall him and they sold the truck today before I called him back. Not very good experience.

Drove my car into for a warranty repair had to have it

Drove my car into for a warranty repair had to have it towed to another shop when it was “fixed”. They scam their customers to earn a buck. Stay far away from their service department. Will never return or buy another ford vehicle because of this experience.

Anderson was so wonderful to deal with!

Anderson was so wonderful to deal with! We found our car quickly, got through all the paperwork in a timely manner and was beyond satisfied with our purchase! Kelso Klein was our car dealer and he got a fair trade for our edge for us and got us at the price point we needed for our explorer! It is going to be a great family car and we couldn't have gotten it without his help!

I have now been to this dealership for warranty repair 3

I have now been to this dealership for warranty repair 3 times. All 3 times were BAD experiences. Good luck getting recall or warranty repairs done because it is a hassle through them.

Return customer

We purchased a 23 Sportage from Ja’ron at Anderson Kia. He did a good job of keeping us informed and working with us. We had purchased a 21 Sportage from Anderson Kia. We had a good experience buying it and the service department was very good, therefore we went back to Anderson Kia.

This makes my 3 or 4th vehicle from Anderson.

This makes my 3 or 4th vehicle from Anderson. First let me start by saying, I do not bicker and straight up told the sales person to give me their best quote. I knew I wanted a new F150 to trade into and my old truck was a 2016 (which I also bought from them). They not only gave me enough to payoff the balance of the loan I had, but to be honest, gave me more then I would have paid. (my old one was higher mileage al tough good condition) I knew what I wanted and the salesman Kelso showed me what he had. I knew that stocks were low as manufacturing was way behind due to the pandemic and chip shortages. He asked me how much I wanted to stay under and came close to it. As we were walking in the showroom, I saw her! My dream truck! Hot and cold running maids and all. It was loaded! Kelso stopped and told me how much it was, which I asked how much per month was the average payment. He told me and I took a deep breath and recovered from the shock. I wanted this truck, no question. We took it for a test drive and I was sold. Not once, did Kelso do the dodgey car salesmen thing. He didnt try and up sell me and was patient as I hemmed and hawed. Since I had to take care of some other things, he went and found out how much $$ I was looking at and whether I was even able to finance it. ( I kind knew but wasnt 100% positive) When I came back, he showed me the numbers, we wrote the contract and we went through the warranty options. At NO time did I ever feel pressured and his patience was admirable. This wasnt the first purchase from them and most certainly not going to be the last. I have always felt that they gave given me exactly what I wanted with professionalism and pride. Some of the faces there may change, but they will always give it to you straight if you only ask for it. Its a sales environment. they are there to make a profit. But they would much rather make money from you with return sales for another vehicle then get it at one time. Service there has also always treated me fair. Was there times I had to dig a little deeper, yes. But you get what you pay for. I have never felt that I had to worry about anything with Anderson. Could I have gotten a cheaper deal else where? Maybe, but I would rather pay a little extra for someplace I know will treat me right,

Do your research before you go.

I was interested in a used car. The web price was less than the price they tried to sell it to me for, $700 difference. I pointed out the car was over priced according to a 50 mile radius with examples and they continued to tell me the price was what cars were selling for. When I asked for trade in value of my car they gave me a low ball figure. I again said I have researched and know what my car is selling for in the area. Bottom line, their cars are over priced and they do not want to give you a fair price for your trade in. I would not do business with this dealership.
