Potential Car Buyer

We were very pleased with the service we received and Ryan Heller was very helpful without being pushy. Someone was always there to help you and all were very friendly and polite. From start to finish it was a stress free experience. We would recommend Hanover Nissan and Ryan Heller for your next car buying adventure.

Shady at best

I have purchased 2 vehicles from Hanover Nissan and I tried for a third and glad it didn’t work out financially. I will never recommend anyone to go to this dealer. Called in to get warranty cancelation quotes on my trade in...... was told by the finance manager that my gap insurance refund was 100 less then the gap company I spoke to directly! Then told me I do not get a refund on my easy care coverage. Needless to say I spoke to them as well and they told me I absolutly get a refund! So either they get a kick back for not canceling warranties on vehicles when there traded and paid off or they keep the extra money for themselves! With this dealer, if you do by extended warranties make sure it’s clear on the contract and call the company directly for your refund!!!! Only reason I even gave one star was because the salesman I went through was absolutely amazing and has always taken great care of me as a customer

I am writing this review in regards to my experience while making a purchase at Hanover , Pa Nissan. We have purchased many vehicles from Hanover Nissan and had one sales person for a long time. Scott Geaasey was our go to sales person. When he left Nissan it was very doubtful that we would ever buy another Nissan due to the fact that everything we walked in we didn't get the warm fuzzy feeling of purchasing a car from what was our Nissan Family. We didn't go in for a long time unless it was for service. On in particular day I went in for an oil change and walked over to the show room floor to sit for a while because I had a severe headache. I suddenly heard a voice saying "Are you ok?" I looked up and saw a very concerned young lady with a bottle of water for me and wanting to know if I would be ok. Little did I know that a few short months later she would be at my side again to give the details of a car that I was looking to purchase. She was able to grab my attention by telling me everything that the car had to offer and more. We went to her desk so that she could write up some paperwork in order to present it to my husband. Kaitlyn Steib is a perfect example of what every sales person should portray for the company they work for. She greeted me with a smile while extending her hand to shake mine. She worked up a price for me after carefully listening to my needs. She asked me if she could show me some other options. At the end of our meeting she shook my hand again with a smile on her face then she thanked me for coming in. Kaitlyn also followed up with a phone call to give me other options that would meet our needs and thanked me again for my time. She called me everyday and left a message for me to call her and invited me back to the dealership to address my needs for the perfect vehicle that would meet our budget as well as happiness to drive another Nissan. We did buy a new Sentra SR but, it would not have happened without Kaitlyn's professional way, her smile and her willingness to never ever give up on what it means to meet the needs of a customer. Great experience

The buying experience was very satisfying. John Lugo answered every question we had and was most helpful throughout the entire process. The deal was very good (at least we think so). Will definitely recommend to others and would purchase there again.

John Lugo is a very excellent salesperson

John was very courteous and excellent in his salesmanship. We were very impressed. The vehicle we wanted wasn't on this lot so he took us to the lot it was on. We fell in love with it and purchased it. John did all the leg work and walked us through the process. We are pleased to have worked with him. We are happy with the dealership also. Everyone was friendly and helped everywhere they could. Finance office was excellent also. We are pleased with the vehicle John helped us buy it Is a wonderful vehicle! Thanks John and all the employees! I would recommend this dealership and John's friendly salesmanship to everyone!

Above and beyond!

My wife and I bought a used Certified 2012 Murano back in August 2015. Extremely happy with the purchase. Excellent ride quality, and in excellent condition. The previous owner installed an after market remote start which we were haveing problems with. On my Birthday, Shawn Preston e-mailed me a Happy Birthday wish. I responded back to him explaining the problem we were still having with the remote start. Shawn is a sales person at Hanover Nissan and took it upon himself to have the problem resolved. Thanks to Shawn, the dealership installed a new unit at NO CHARGE! That being said, my wife and I were in the market for a 2nd vehicle. It was a no brainer as to where we were going to shop. Thanks again to Shawn, we bought a Certified 2013 Altima which is in excellent condition at the price and payment we had targeted. The entire staff at Hanover Nissan are excellent to deal with and make the car buying experience very pleasurable. The atmosphere is very laid back, which my wife and I appreciate greatly. We get turned off immediately by high pressure dealerships. I would highly recommend Hanover Nissan to anyone looking to purchase a new or Certified used vehicle without the hassle we've experienced at other local dealerships in the past.
