    I received a letter from Jason Albertino salesman for Beau Townsend offering his assistant. Jason Albertini assisted me with the purchase of my Nissan Altima. It's like he really did know what I wanted and needed. I give Jason Albertini excellence for making it possible with the car I like.

    Tyler Mangen was very friendly and was truly nterested in what we were looking for and what we wanted. He asked questions and got answers when needed. When we had a problem with getting the Bluetooth phone working with the car, he spent a significant amount of time to help. The problem was with the cell phone service and we eventually got it working. He worked hard to get us the deal we needed also. If you need a car talk to Tyler at Beau Townsend Nissan. I love the car and will go there again in the future.

    We have purchased two cars from Beau Townsend Nissan. We ALWAYS have excellent customer service. I directly dealt with the Service Dept recently for an oil change, tire rotation and recall alert. I was told it would be a 45 min wait. Two hours later, I was finally leaving. The gentleman that I dealt with in the Service Dept apologized and made sure that I was compensated for having to wait a lot longer than I was told. THAT is what sets your dealership apart from the others. The customer service is exceptional. The employees go out of their way to make your experience there as satisfactory as possible. It does NOT go unnoticed. And it is much appreciated. Thank you!

    They greet you with a smile on their face and welcome you in. They way they present themselves makes you feel that they know how important your car is to you and they want to help you take care of it. When it was time to go over my car inspection, the gentlemen went over everything thoroughly and informed me to that I would need to make sure I got my car back in by 20,020 if I wanted my last free inspection.
