For the fourth time, I have chosen Smedleys for the purchase of my next automobile I wished to drive. Once again I experienced professional service in both the sales and the parts departments. Isaac Combs was very professional at all of the time we were working on the dealing of the sale. When he needed to make a decision on our deal, he went directly to his supervisor?s office. We were then able to reach an agreement and finalize the sale. The sales department was also professional with me as I selected the special set of floor mats. I received the respect and professionalism I was looking forward to. Thank you Smedleys.

I have purchased many vehicles throughout my life for both personal and business and Carl is one of the best salesmen I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He was very responsive to all questions I had regarding the purchase. He never missed a call or text. This vehicle needed to be transported to Wisconsin. The transportation company (not affiliated with Smedley's) did not show up as expected and Carl did not hesitate to keep me in the loop. The moment the vehicle left the dealership, Carl called to let me know so that I could be on the lookout for its arrival. It was a wonderful experience working with Carl and Smedley's.

After doing some shopping, Smedleys had the best prices

After doing some shopping, Smedleys had the best prices around. Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable. The process was as smooth and easy as could be. Even when our deal was complete right at closing, no one hesitated to stay to complete the job, answer questions, and do our car tour. We have already recommended Smedleys to others!

Smedley’s repairs were temporary.

Smedley’s repairs were temporary. The SUV is failing again after less than a week out of the shop. If Smedley’s can really fix the problem without charging several hundreds of dollars again then great! I don’t have the extra money to pay another round of hundreds of dollars for a second attempt to repair.

Excellent advice and help I felt that the adviser

Excellent advice and help I felt that the adviser listened to me. The tech found a problem with one of the tires and the adviser brought it to my attention and gave me good options.

From what I can tell after just a couple days, the

From what I can tell after just a couple days, the repairs were completed satisfactorily. The only issue I have is I asked the Service Consultant twice to fill the tires with air as they were low [when I brought it in for oil change and tire rotation as well as when I brought it back for the warranty repair work because it was not done when I brought it in for the oil change/tire rotation] and it still wasn’t done after the second time it was brought in. This should have been a standard practice when doing oil change / tire rotation. All other service providers do this as standard practice, but even after asking twice at Smedley’s it was not done.
