We saw a car that we loved online. We called and we agreed on a price and trade in value for our current vehicle. We were even told if we didn't buy we... would still get a free tank of gas for our 2 HOUR drive. When we went to dealership and the price on the phone we were give wasn't honored!!! Also when we test drove the car it has 4,000 miles more than it stated online!The sale manager wouldn't give on anything. So basically we were told lies to get us in! We also didn't get out tank of gas! Would of given zero stars but not am option. Don't waste your Saturday like we did!
So I stopped into Shottenkirk Chevrolet after checking around on different websites and receiving a call from a salesman (which is kind of sneaky you having... to give your phone number and contact information to just LOOK at the price of a vehicle) I went to the dealership the following afternoon when I got off of work and was there for about 3 hours which included a test drive. I did NOT purchase the vehicle that night because one, they were not close enough to MY bottom dollar per month and the interest rates were way too high. So, I told them that I wanted the truck, but did NOT need the truck and if they can't get even CLOSE to what I am willing to pay I am leaving. Well, the next day, I went back after work and they did JUST that! They got well within my price range and my interest rate after MULTIPLE calls to several financial institutions. Needless to say I am VERY happy. The only problem I had after my purchase was I needed to immediately fill the tank because it was close to empty. I am hoping that today when I go back, that they can at least give me a voucher as I should NOT have had to fill up right after purchasing the vehicle, it should have had a free tank with my purchase. I found that out after speaking to the GM at Shottenkirk Toyota a few days after my purchase.
I searched all over the internet for a low-mileage used Impala. We drove from Kansas City because Shottenkirk had the best selection of what I was looking... for. Our salesman Shannon was honest, respectful and didn't fool around playing games. Gave us their bottom line price right away and saved a bunch of back and forth haggling which I dislike. This dealership truly exemplifies "drive a little, save a lot." It was a very pleasant buying experience.
Very disappointed in the experience I had with this dealership. I inquired about a vehicle through the internet sales advertisement. I received a call... the next morning by a sales person saying the car was available and was a great running car. I asked if the price was negotiable and they said it was discounted already so there was not much room. I asked if they could take $300 off and was told they would check and get right back to me. I waited an hour and half to get a text telling me the car was being purchased as we speak but they have other cars if I wanted. I did not call about the others I called about the one I wanted. I sent a text back saying I was disappointed that I did not get a fair chance at it. I was told sorry but someone else came in and was there. I was trying to buy it on their internet sales. And they called me saying it was available Should not have internet sales if they can’t have the integrity to treat internet customers the same as customers that walk in. I feel this is important for others that may find something they like on line to keep in mind.

I said I'm not satisfied they were no help with this lurching if the vehicle I was wanting as i kno they've got an loan place to help people like me get... this car but they choose not to use it I had applied on this app for people like me with fair credit some years back an was approved but then didn't go on an get that car at the time

Trina is awesome in the service department. She knows my name, gets me in for an appointment within 1 or 2 days, works with me to describe the problem... with my car, always calls right away when she knows what the problem is and the costs and calls me as soon as my car is ready for pick up.
Internet Sales Mgr. and Salesperson were fantastic. Buying process was good with one exception. Finance Mgr. spent 20 minutes trying to sell me an extended... warranty when I stated at the outset that I usually keep a car less than 5 years and factory warranty covers all of my needs. Extra 12 mo./15K miles on select items (tire damage, window chips, wheel damage, and lost/stolen key fob) are covered with no extra fees. A very pleasant surprise!!!!!! I hope I never need to take advantage of this benefit.
The sales person was great. Love my trax and my kids do too. I even had questions and went back a few days later and they took time to answer the questions... and to help me.
Service got me right in for a new battery and the job was complete in very short order.
Lonnie Foust was very helpful to me by getting me the vehicle I wanted in the color I wanted and at the best possible price I could get. He made sure that... I was completely happy! I appreciate his great customer service!
