    The three personell I worked with, Mike Strohmetz, John Simonelli and Tony Mazzola all showed a true pedigree in sales and I was handled with professionalism. I can't say enough about the great treatment I received as it was a breath of fresh air to deal with the Faulkner group.     We were looking for our newest addition to our fleet. We found it at Faulkner West Chester and we couldn't be happier this is our 2nd cargo van we purchased from Faulkner and our salesman was completely awesome thanks Tom Delgott for being such a pleasure and getting things done in a quick and professional manner we will be back

    Bought a used car and was assured the car had never been in an accident. Salesman assured maintenance was done. Went back 3 months later for oil change and the service department informed me that the car was in accident. They were dishonest in disclosing this information and I will never recommend them to anybody.

    Worst experience ever. My bounfriendly went to pick up his truck. He was trying to get a vehicle and the deal didn't work out. Long story short - he shows up and an "unknown" car is abandoned in front of his truck. They had "no key" and made him go to the parts department to get a key made for a car that wasn't even his! He was drenched from head to toe but the employees didn't care as long as my boyfriend was doing their job. Terrible, horrible, awful, dreadful service. Stay away!!!

    I arrived on 09/05/16 which was Labor day. I arrived about 20 minutes before the placed closed. Immediately upon arrival I was greeted by the manager who told me they were closing soon. Either way, I spoke to Dan Bogart about a 2011 Mercedes Benz. We took it out for a test drive and I loved the car. When we got back into the shop to start negotiating the price, the manger interrupted Dan and began the price negotiations himself. Not only did he lack any respect for Dan, but also his tone was very demeaning and abrupt towards me. As we continued negotiating he was very short and wouldnt budge. (Mind you, this has nothing to do with the haggling process). Either way, seeing as we couldnt come to an agreement, I politely left. Before I even left the parking lot, the manager sped of pass me on his way home. Again, I completely understand the circumstances being labor day and my arrival time. However, they take pride in their "VIP" buying experience. I did not receive any kind of decent treatment. I can honestly say that this ruined what was supposed to be a fun buying experience. Do not go.
