    I have taken my F-150 to Brighton Ford since I bought it at Brighton Ford. I will continue to let the professionals at Brighton Ford service and change my oil. They always top off fluids and recommend any repairs needed, but are not pushy to get the repairs done unless it is a safety issue. They are always timely with the service or repairs for my truck. I am happy to recommend Brighton Ford for service or repair of your vehicles.

    Recently traded in a vehicle for a 2006 f250. It was the most painless dealership experience I've had. Everyone there was friendly and very laid back. Not once did they try to rush me into a bad deal. I would defenetly come back and recommend Brighton Ford to a friend.

    Purchased my third truck from Maynard. As always he did a nice job. Got the truck I wanted with the equipment needed. No hard sell of any kind and they had a good selection. When you have a good person to work with - you stick with them!

    I have purchased a few cars in my life. I have been to different dealerships and worked with many different people. I can say without a doubt, that Brighton Ford has earned my business for life. Their dealership is great! Very friendly... Very courteous... Willing to negotiate fairly... Willing to work with you and listen... Aurelio (Leo) Sierra was the first person I worked with and he was great! I actually did a bone headed thing and left something in a vehicle, I test drove, and was able to, luckily, get in touch with Leo just before the dealership closed and he was able to grab the item I had left in the truck...WOW! And...He asked me were I was and told me he would bring it to me...! That's what I call..."first class customer service!" When we negotiated for the truck...One of owners, Josh Mead, took time out of his busy day to talk with us and help get the deal finalized...yes, the OWNER! Then, Rudy Don, the finance director, was so helpful in explaining that process and suggesting a warranty that worked for me. Form the front door to the lot, everyone was very helpful and willing to listen... BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD...! New or used...Brighton Ford has earned my business for life...! I will send my friends and family to see them because I know they will be treated them same or even better than I was. Thank you Brighton Ford..of Colorado!

  • Unprofessional Service and cuistomer care.

    Made an appointment over a week ago to have my truck looked at for a problem. Dropped the vehicle off at 7 am and called to get a status at 12:39....

    Made an appointment over a week ago to have my truck looked at for a problem. Dropped the vehicle off at 7 am and called to get a status at 12:39. Had to leave a message but did not receive a return call so called a second time one hour later. During that call I was told that my vehicle was the next to be looked at. This was 7 hours after dropping off the vehicle. No explanation was offered. Since my vehicle had not receive any attention despite the early drop off time then any repairs needed would also have not been given a priority or proper attention during the repair process. Told the person I was talking to that I would be coming to pick up my truck. When I arrived I was again not give an explanation other than the service representative telling me that he was sorry they could not get to my vehicle.

    They had lowered their online price on the 2010 Tundra trade-in. Long story short... I told them about my credit challenge. They said it shouldn't be a problem, and it wasn't. In addition and as important, I found the salesman (Nathaniel) I was working with friendly, honest and not in any hurry to push me in any direction. I asked him his opinion regarding the Tundra vs a Ford pickup. I was pretty knowledgeable regarding the Tundra and he was very knowledgeable about the Ford F150 and it's latest makeover. So I asked him to show me some of the later model F150s. I test drove a couple of them and found them to be very comparable to the Tundra and then some. He immediately discounted the price of the F150s that I test drove, without a second thought and before I even thought to ask for it. They also gave me a great price for my trade-in to make the deal work. It was as if they were going to make it work for me...no matter what...and they did! THANK YOU!!

    Came in late on a Friday night, knew exactly which truck I wanted. I was lucky to get Artru as my sales person as he was awesome. After a test drive was I was ready to buy. Price on truck was good, they gave me very fair value on my trade in and I was out of there with the new to me truck at about closing time. Great sales service and great financing service from Rudy. I would recommend them to others.
