I took my Escalade into the dealership they charge me $110 to look at it and tell me it was broke that’s ridiculous if they would’ve been able to fix it... I would probably let this go but they couldn’t fix it They probably never seen a sunroof before they wanted to charge me $2700 to replace it it just wouldn’t close all the way they’ll never have to worry about my business . Where I come from when you give people money to fix things and they don’t fix it it’s called STEALING...
Tony Garver and Craig DelMatto were great to work with. They provided accurate product information and were able to get me a very good deal. Throughout... the whole process they were able to answer all my questions and address any concerns with absolute professionalism. Very unprofessional and rude salesman. They are not willing to deal and they are dishonest. Worst car dealership in Columbus Ohio area. They offer a 25... dollar gift card to test drive their cars and when you ask for it they act like they don’t know what your talking about. False advertisement to get you there. I would recommend this dealership be absolutely your last resort to buy a car.
Won’t get your gift card if you don’t have a print out and you can’t make any decent deals if your trading. So steer clear!
Salesman was professional but sales manager was rude when I got there I checked oil in truck was dirty and over a quart low the paper work showed it had... been changed but you tell it hadn't. Very quickly they topped it off. I made an offer on the truck they took over ten minutes to come back and sales manager was very rude and said that price already was below nada price the end.
they don't know where to find their cars. too much waithing to find car what you ask. they don't do good services to a cars big chanse to bye car and... after some days have a problems

This was the BEST experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. I spoke with my salesperson, Humberto, by phone about a vehicle I was interested in.... I went ahead and scheduled an appointment to stop in and check it out. When I arrived he was waiting and ready to answer all my questions. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He was great to work with!! And just when I thought it couldn't get any better I worked with Casandra for the financing. She worked her magic and got me a great interest rate!! I was completely done and driving off the lot with my new vehicle in less than 2 hours!! NOW that's what I call GREAT customer service!! My family will be back :)
