Now, I am not so sure this was a good deal. The car was very poorly cleaned inside before my purchase. Poor quality control. I, like others complained... about a few points and had not been addressed. I took it back for Running Lights out on the one side that their paperwork said that they fixed. I was reminded that I purchased it as is. The windows still have sticky tape residue even though they promised to clean them. I reminded them that I still expected the car to be road worthy as per the law. The did replace the not working lights. They did reset the door Lock Code, but as of yet help me connect my phone to SYNC that I bought up and was promised that they would address. Being reminded that I purchased "as is". And yes... I am a disabled female senior and starting to have more doubts about their integrity and follow through.
It took 5 hours from the time we walked in the door until the time we walked out. After an agreement had been made on price, it took nearly 2 1/2 hours... to start the final paperwork. We were left numerous times as the salesman went and did other things....whatever they were. Never in my life have I met a salesman that did that. After meeting with the loan officer and finalizing the sale, he thanked us and that was it. We walked out the door to the vehicle. We noticed that we didn't have the tags to our trade in, so my husband had to go back in and ask about that. The gentleman we were working with came back out and removed the tag from our trade in and gave it to us. NOTHING was smooth here. Nothing. We have NEVER had an experience like this at a dealership. Prior to coming in, we were contacted several times via telephone, text, and email. My husband was told that we had a "VIP" appointment. We both kind of chuckled about that. We really got a good laugh out of it when we left. We don't expect special treatment, but there was certainly nothing "VIP" about our time in that dealership. I hope we never have to return, and I certainly would not recommend this dealership to friends or acquaintances.
Very, very professional, courteous and "good listening" face to face dealings. Will recommend Beasley Ford to my family and friends.

Conned into buying a wrecked car .their other location fixed before sold. Never reported to car fax or me.worried about their bill to fix in stead of the... customer. Manager even told me how much it cost them to fix the problem like it made a difference in how I would feel about how they fraudulently sold me a the vehicle with supposed no accidents
I purchased a 2012 Ford Escape with an air conditioner issue in 2016. Long story short, they promised to fix the issue, yet I am still trying to fux this... issue 2.5 years later. I am now responsible for a $1k part due to having no record of my visit. Even though "we have a new system and it didn't transfer everything from the old system," (the Service Manager's words, not mine). Never going to purchase from Apple Ford York again. Dissatisfied with the service.

This is our 4th purchase from this dealership in last 10 years, 3rd with John Plank as our salesperson. Honest and easy to work with. I originally went... in for my scheduled maintenance service on my 2016 Taurus but was also interested in getting another vehicle for my wife. John and the staff worked with us to get us a beautiful 2018 Escape. Service on the Taurus was absolutely great too. Very reasonable price and great service. I am converted to driving a little more to get the great service on our Ford vehicles.

This is my second leased vehicle through Apple of York, formerly Beasley Ford. My first experience with this team in 2016 was awesome. Greg Ernst continued... the excellent customer service through my lease term with checking in and informative emails and phone calls. Leased a 2018 Ford SEL Escape in January and the time, attention and care remains excellent. In 11 degree cold weather Greg and I located the right vehicle with the standard and additional accessories and interior I was looking for! This is a dealership that truly values its customers.
