We bought a 2011 GMC Terrain in January,2011. Started drinking oil. Had to have a ring and piston job. Over $2600. Dealer would not help with any amount... of repair cost. Made 3 payments, less than 2700 miles. Even though the small warranty expired, and we have bought the last 4 vehicles from them, they had no compassion at all. I realize that are not in business to lose money, but very financially devastating for us. You are only a number .

We recently purchased a 2019 Pacifica on March 14. We have heard nothing from the dealership since that time, except for a paper we received in the mail... with no explanation other then we assumed it was missed at the time of signing no envelope to return it or anything. I have tried to contact are salesmen who assured us he answered his cellphone ALL the time and he has yet to respond to my messages. The entire experience would make me hesitate to return there.

I travelled quite a distance to look at a car I'd always wanted. It was low mileage and priced right...so naturally the thought occurred that something... was amiss with the car. The good news is that the car was exactly as advertised...in excellent condition. At the same time, the sales and finance team went above and beyond. Cordial professional quick ... and no pressure. In short - everything auto sales should be but. often isn't. I highly recommend doing business with Bedford Ford. Ask for Chris, Cole or Aaron.... they'll beat your expectations.

I would recommend buying a vehicle from Bedford Chrysler. Steve the salesman was very pleasant and was easy to work with . John, the financial officer... took care of finding us the loan and had everything set up when we was ready to pick up our vehicle . Very fair on our trade in also .
Bought my Jeep Commander with 34000 miles and nothing but problems since then. Intake manifold bolts have broken off 3 separate occasions. Had to replace... 2 oil pressure sensors. Price goug me on a new set of tires that failed because they put car tires on instead of SUV tires that have a sturdier shoulder. Now my Jeep is in the garage again because of a timing chain tensioner that broke off and the bill is going to be over $1150. The Jeep still has under 100000 miles and the heater does not work as well. Bedford Chrysler sold me a piece of junk and will not buy again.

Recently traded in a truck on a new one and overall experience was great! Barb was a pleasure to deal with and was knowledgeable of the Ram truck line.... Not "pushy" in the least bit. Received a fair value for my trade and John helped to get best financing on the new truck. Overall a great experience. First time having shopped at Bedford Chrysler Jeep Dodge. Family have had similar positive experiences. Will definitely return for my future vehicle purchases.
