purchase a 2015 jeep compass. The jeep has several issues and the dealership has not fixed or repaired any issues. Still waiting on service dept to call (its been a month) web site had jeep listed as a local trade and was not (jeep come from WV) Will not purchase another jeep from this dealership. Truly disappointed

Great experience, fair treatment, excellent price
We bought a used car today from Bedford Auto Group and the experience was fantastic. Barb, our salesperson, was extremely helpful and helped us get the car we were looking for at a great price with no hassles. One of the rear seatbelts was installed incorrectly, and they fixed it on the spot. No pressure or gimmicks, just an honest deal and great customer service. Definitely worth our drive to buy a car we found on Cars.com for a great price. Would recommend highly.

Pleasant Shopping Experience
First, I absolutely hate vehicle shopping. But the team at Bedford Chrysler made this experience a good one. I appreciated that they were diligent but did not push me, and were willing to work with me to get the truck I wanted. Thank you all for your efforts and for taking the pain out of shopping for a new truck! I will certainly start here the next time I begin a vehicle search.

Fabulous!!!
I will never buy a vehicle anywhere else!! After some very disappointing dealers, we decided to make the trip to Bedford. I have never met such kind, laid back, pleasant car salesmen and with such wonderful deals! There were no crazy hidden fees and they gave us great money for our trade and I could not find a better deal on the car I purchased within a 100 mile radius. They listened to my questions and were very patient. They went the extra mile to get to know us. Tim was not pushy at all when we emailed or test drove the vehicle. Erik was so kind and willing to go the extra mile for us. Their team stayed late to prevent us from having to drive an hour and a half again. It was all well worth the trip! Sooooo refreshing to see a good old fashioned small town business who cares about their customers.

I was online looking for a truck when I came across the Bedford dodge website. I found a truck I liked at a reasonable price. I called them about it and set up an appointment to see it. I was coming from around 70 miles away so they pulled the truck aside for me to see. When I got there I was greeted very friendly. Barb was my salesperson and we went for a drive in the truck and she explained everything about the truck and talked to me like a friend and not like someone just trying to make a sale. Eric was upfront with me about my trade and the price. He was easy to deal with and nice to talk to. We worked out a price and John set me up with great financing. The whole process was easy and painless. Everybody there was great to talk to and treated me like a friend. Thanks Bedford Dodge for making this a great experience. Will definitely recommend to friends and family about buying a vehicle there. Thank you again to Barb, Eric, and John for being very nice and friendly.

Amazing Used Truck Purchase
Our entire vehicle purchase was pleasantly unexpected. From the first inquiry buy phone to setup a test drive, thru the final purchase. Sales associate Barb Bailey- Glass was the perfect example of an honest and up front sales person. She answered all of our pertinent questions about the truck, about the financing . We never felt pressured to buy, nor did we feel rushed in the process. Eric Shaffer was very informative about the trade in values and the used truck pricing as a whole. In the final decision to purchase the truck and finalize all the financial paper work and warranty information, John Beemiller made it easy to understand and explained everything to a "T". My wife and I would highly recommend the sales team at Bedford Chrysler and will be shopping there again in the future.

New vehicle purchase
Dave Stellfox was our salesman he took time went over the vehicle with us to make sure it was exactly the one we wanted. I would highly recommend Dave as a saleman. Bedford Dodge has a large selection of inventory to choose from and are willing to search or order the one you want if they do not have exactly what you want. We will be using them in the future for our next vehicle.
