Daron, a less than par salesman at the Chevrolet dealership, told me if I filled out the credit application, then the truck would be held for me until
I got the quotes back and I made a decision. On Saturday, they had all but two of the quotes in. Kim (Finance Manager of sorts) told me that they could get the final two quotes in Monday, and they would hold the truck until then. At 12:00 on Monday, I received a call from Kim giving me my final quotes. She was very pushy and informed me that someone else was looking at the truck and wanted to buy it today. I told her that I had the money, and I would be there at 6:00 pm to look at the truck one more time, then make a decision. She agreed and said "We will see you then!" At 1:15, I received a call from Chris, the manager, informing me that they sold the truck! An hour ago, the truck was mine, and then they sold it out from under me. That is not how business is done. If you tell a buyer the truck is held, the truck should be held. 5 more hours and it was mine. Pushy. Unprofessional. Inadequate salesmen. Do not recommend.
They try to come off as not like other dealerships, but they are. Their internet sales specialist, Jordan, lied to me about a vehicle still being ava
ilable. And then when I had my truck appraised, they low-balled me in the price of my trade. Salesman became rude after I rejected their low-ball offer, so my wife and I walked out. Definitely not worth the 1-hour plus drive to get there.

This was my third vehicle I have purchased from this dealership and it was definitely my most satisfying. Ron Gooding was extremely helpful in helping
us find the right vehicle for us. He was very patient as my wife had a hard time selecting a model and color. Ron explained our options clearly and had a wealth of knowledge about the vehicles we were considering buying. Ron was friendly and helpful and seemed to genuinely care about finding the right vehicle for us. I have since recommended Uebelhor and Ron to all my friends that are looking for a new quality vehicle. I will most certainly be back to see Ron and Daniel for my next purchase.
