Purchased a 2018 Ram. Sales were very good. Also purchased under coating could not get appointment for week and a half. When I called to check on length... of time to do work was told they would not clean underneath before putting undercoating. Guess they sprayed it on over the dirt.

After having a negative experience at Solomon Auto and voicing my opinion of that experience I received a call from the dealership in which they apologized... for the problems I experienced and offered to work with me in correcting the issue. Although I had a negative experience while buying my vehicle I was impressed and appreciative that the dealership was so willing to apologize for the mistakes made so quickly. The way in which they addressed the situation respectivley was pleasantly surprising and made me feel better about the entire situation.
Found the vehicle I wanted, made a great deal, completed the paperwork, in and out in record time. Staff were friendly and very easy to work with, Best... experience I have had buying a vehicle. Had a problem with a door lock that I didn’t notice until two days later, but they took care of the problem.
I got to Solomon Auto right when they opened and chose a car to purchase within 45 minutes. The gentlemen we worked with was very kind. However, the nightmare... began when we went inside to start the paper work. We were some of the very first to do so. We then proceeded to wait in the waiting room to finalize finances for 4+ hours. It was absolutely uncalled for! I watched multiple people pushed through to financing that were here long after us. The service was unexceptable and I was very displeased with how it was handled. Do not expect to buy a car and be put first unless you are spending absolute top dollar! Even then I wouldn't recommend shopping there.

By time we... got back he had figures ready and was the best prices we had seen. Finance was quick and easy! Had to be the smoothest experience at any dealer I had been. We have purchased many vehicles in the past but this experience/process was the slowest. We spent about 6 hours in the dealership. Prior to traveling 4... hours- we contacted Travis about trading our vehicle. We never filled out a credit application online and he didn't want more info on our trade. Once arriving it took the dealership much longer than expected to appraise our trade (including calling around to other dealerships) Had they had the trade info this could have went a lot faster. While waiting for trade and financing we witnessed a deal gone bad. Another customer who also traveled to this dealership was insulted by the general manager Jason. This customer ended up wanting to fight the manager. Jason (the general mgr) basically did nothing but continue to verbally escalate the situation. The customer eventually left. In all, we did purchase because it was a great deal (and we already traveled 4 hours) but I would not return. Finance guy was great.

I have purchased probably 8 new vehicles in my life and for the first time I didn't have any regret after getting home and looking over paperwork on 2017... ram. Travis is a straight forward salesman who worked hard for me to get the price to where I needed to be by finding all eligible rebates possible. We agreed to shake hands no hard feelings if we couldn't, I liked that.
