We had been looking at Ford F-150’s online for a while....

We had been looking at Ford F-150’s online for a while. After checking out hundreds of them on the net, we heard the Lewis brothers had sold their business to someone else. On October 7th we were on the way home when our attention was captured by several f-150’s on Lewis’s lot. Our Ford dually turned into the dealership and stopped in front of the trucks. We’re still not sure if the dealership had been sold to a big corporation.(not interested in dealing with corporate businesses) After a minute or so, a young man came to assist us in what we’d be looking for in the way of transportation. The young man introduced himself as Taylor Nichols and we found him very personable with a great deal of knowledge on the F-150 trucks. He answered all questions about these trucks and showed us around the different features and packages each had. Then the three of us went for great test drive which allowed us the opportunity to get to know each other. Taylor told us the dealership had been purchased by the D-Patrick family. When we returned to D-Patrick’s dealership he invited us in to meet Greg and Jean. They made us feel like we were welcome in the family business. What a great way to spend an evening at a dealership. When you’re looking for your next vehicle stop in and talk with Taylor Nichols, you’ll receive a warm welcome from Taylor and all staff at D-Patrick Ford, Lebanon . Linda now has a Platinum Ford F-150, oh buy the way if your searching online be careful. There are some pretty shady deals on there. Thanks for reading. Tom & Linda Wetherald

Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Went in to look at a truck from the website. Got there and the truck had two areas of damage on the bumper from backing into something, some damage on the back end above the bumper, a large dent on passenger side, the passenger handle had all paint scraped off, as well as discoloration of the doors on the inside and rust underneath and rust on the dents in the bumper. Salesperson, never even caught his name, admitted these were not pictured or mentioned on the website. We suggested 3k less and he laughed in our faces, saying to come back with a reasonable offer. I would rather drive out of town to any other dealer than set foot on this property again. Don't see why it's unreasonable to not want to pay over 20k for a truck with rust and dents.
