    Was looking for a 2015 or 2016 Ford Edge AWD, Gene Lewis Ford had listings that fit my needs but I was reluctant to drive from Mooresville, Indiana to Lebanon, especially with all of the dealers in Greenwood, Mooresville and Plainfield. Boy am I glad I did. I started off by using their email and a phone call. Told them what I was looking for and what I was willing to pay, they were happy to help me. I ended up making the drive and met Debbie who stayed late to show me the car on Saturday, no pressure , friendly and very knowledgeable. Told her I would think about it in Sunday and get back with her on Monday. Monday morning I sent her an offer and terms and she got the job done ! When I picked up the car she had it detailed tank full and that my expectations were met. I have bought a number of new and used cars and I have to say that Gene Lewis does it right! Thanks to Debbie for meeting or needs and she has earned Gene Lewis Ford a new customer

Not only where the repairs done seamlessly; but the advice on OEM parts and their pricing was outstanding. To top it off, the vehicle came back to us clean as a whistle in the aftermath of our 7 year old Tornado Child. No question, the place to go

    This is the second car I have purchased from Gene Lewis Ford. I am extremely pleased with my new Ford, Fusion and my purchase experience with Gene Lewis was excellent, from start to finish. I couldn’t have asked for better treatment, assistance, and guidance through this entire experience from Debbie Breedlove. She is prepared and highly knowledgeable and made my car buying experience quick and easy. The whole Gene Lewis Ford team makes you feel very comfortable.

    I bought my very first car from Debbie back in 1983. I was satisfied then and continue to go shop from Debbie and the Gene Lewis Ford team some 20-25 vehicles later. I would recommend Debbie to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. She keeps up on the ever-changing technology with new cars and makes the new "bells and whistles" of your new vehicle easier to transition. Although, I normally buy new, Debbie will look high and low for whatever kind of vehicle you are looking to buy. She and the team at GLF make it worth a trip in to see the "Go-Getters!"

    Thank you Gene Lewis Ford for an amazing car buying experience!!! We have been coming to Gene Lewis Ford for years however this was our first NEW Car experience. David Lewis was so helpful allowing us to drive a number of vehicles. He found the exact car we were looking for... a 2016 Ford Edge in Race Red. Everyone associated with Gene Lewis Ford is always extremely helpful, reliable, and dependable. It's been a pleasure to work with such great people.

    I have a 1999 Ford Ranger that was purchased from another dealer. The back window began leaking and I assessed that the problem was the molding around the window. I went to the parts department at GLF to get the molding. The parts manager informed that he did not have that part in stock, but another dealer had it and he could have it the next day. I agreed to picking it up the next day. The Parts manager called me later that day and said that the other dealers inventory was inaccurate and that he had to get the part from another vendor. The part would take a few more days. I picked up the part a few days later. After picking up the molding, I contacted the dealer where the Ranger was purchased about an unrelated issue. As we were talking I mentioned the back window to the dealer . They agreed to fix the leak. They stated that the new molding was not needed and resealed the window. Here is where the disappointment comes into play. I tried to return the molding and get a refund of the $172.47 minus the 20% restocking fee only to be told by the parts Manager that it was a "special order" part and he couldn't send it back to Ford. He made this comment multiple times and then looked at the shipping label on the box and noticed that it was sent from Vintage parts. He then said that "no way he could send it back to vintage. "The bottom of the receipt did clearly state that special order items were non-returnable . The problem is that at no time was I informed that it would be considered a special order part. If I had this information I would have explored other possible options before purchasing a part that could not be returned. I have always had a high opinion of Gene Lewis Ford. I have purchased a couple of cars and had some repairs completed in the body shop . Each time was great experience. Unfortunately, being stuck with a part that I cannot use without being informed that the part would be non-returnable has caused me to consider other buying options for parts, service and vehicle purchase.

The part you purchased is a discontinued part from Ford Motor Company, so we had to use a Vintage parts supplier, that buys and sells "discontinued and obsolete" parts from the manufactures. We made arrangements with them to return your unwanted special order part at the purchase price minus shipping. Please give Rodney a call. 765-483-3104. We are glad we could help.
