Will not buy another vehicle from here.

On July 31 my 85 year old mother and I bought a 2012 Jeep Liberty. It had a new inspection sticker and had a 3 month warranty. We drove it only a short way and the front end shuddered so bad we had to bring it back to the dealership. In addition, the air-conditioning was not working correctly. They said they would have it repared in a couple of days. We called and checked on it, but they kept extending how long it would take. After 6 days, my brother stopped in to check on the progress. They said it would be done Monday (a week after we bought it) I stopped in to check again on Tuesday and it had not been moved or work begun. My point is, why was this vehicle sold when it should not have passed inspection? We were not treated with respect, nor was our time considered valuable. After the salesman made the sale they did not care that they sold a bad vehicle.

Will not buy another vehicle from here.

Courteous sales staff

Went there to buy a used truck.Salesman Omar went with me on a test drive. One of the few tucks with decent mileage. As far as sales staff is concerned,I had excellent interaction with Keith and Omar and the sale went smooth. Would return ti buy another vehicle.

Great, painless first car purchase for my son!

I helped my son purchase a used Chrysler from Jeff D'Ambrosio Alfa Romeo in April. Edgar was our sales person, and was great in helping is out in so many ways. This was my first purchase from out of state, and he helped us save time and headaches (and paperwork) in getting things taken care of quickly and easily. My son loves his car, and I was impressed when several of the staff came by to congratulate him and shake his hand. if you're in the market, definitely stop by and ask for Edgar. What a great experience!

great environment kind people

This was my first time financing a car Mr. Edgar Floyd was a great help and very kind. He was very patient with my sister and I and broke everything down for me. He also gave my sister some good advice on her jeep. I had a busy, 2yr old with me and the entire staff were kind and understanding even through the tantrums and screaming. I would highly recommend this Mr. Edgar and the Lancaster location, overall great first experience.

Easy, straightforward process

Xavier was incredibly easy to work. No games, no pressure, all details and costs laid out for me to see. he suggested a test drive route that showed off the full capabilities of the Giulia. I wouldn't hesitate to get my next one from him, and would gladly recommend him to others.
