Great dealership.

We had the most incredible service at Berwyn Volvo. Kevin, our salesperson, was attentive, helpful but not pushy and my daughter even said that we can’t buy any car except from him! Jordan made sure we knew every inch of the car and how it worked. When we left, the feeling was like you were part of the Volvo family. I have owned many cars - I will never buy another car from anyone else

Our car suffered an unanticipated and complete electrical

Our car suffered an unanticipated and complete electrical shutdown on Saturday afternoon. We had the car towed in, they found space on their schedule, and we had the car back on Tuesday. They efficiently addressed what could have been a hugely inconvenient and expensive problem.

I purchased my vehicle from Berwyn Volvo and have been serviced by them since, always excellent service. I have found Berwyn Volvo to be very helpful and a service department that can be trusted. I really like the video speaking to the needed repairs. And, the waiting area is quite comfortable. I also have to compliment ALL the staff very friendly, helpful and most of all sincerely caring. I feel like I am their most important customer each time I visit the dealership. Thanks.

Dropped car of for regular service at 10:30 AM.

Dropped car of for regular service at 10:30 AM. Waited in the area all day for regular service to be completed. Dealer service center called at 3:30 PM, saying the service would be complete, and the car would be ready for pickup by 4:30 PM. Show up at 4:30 PM, only to be told that the service would not be completed on that day, but I could take a loaner and come back tomorrow. I live over an hour drive away, so in addition to the wait on the first day, had to spend 2 hours driving the next day. Won't be back.
