Great experience
This was the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. Kevin was professional and courteous. He was very informative about the XC90 and made sure the vehicle was ready for me to test drive. The review and signing of the documentation was quick and the vehicle looked brand new when I picked it up.

I have been going to Keystone Berwyn since 1998, and
I have been going to Keystone Berwyn since 1998, and wouldn’t think to go anywhere else. I especially like my service person, Richard Barr. He is outstanding. He is a very thorough, extremely detailed person which is so important, and very honest. . He always works with one mechanic that is excellent named Jim, or Noge for short. Jim is also very thorough. All the people in the service department are very pleasant, especially the service manager, Steve Owens. If you want a friendly, honest and reliable dealership, I would definitely suggest Keystone Berwyn. You will not be disappointed.

It is a pleasure coming to Keystone Berwyn to service my Volvo S80. The service is always excellent. I would not feel comfortable taking my car anywhere else. I am very happy with my service person, Richard Barr. He is a very competent, thorough, detailed person. I know I am in good hands with his experience and expertise. He works with a mechanic, named Jim (Noge is his nickname). Jim is excellent. I like feeling comfortable that my car was serviced right.
