Saw a jeep that I liked on cars.

Saw a jeep that I liked on cars.com and inquired about the availability. Layla responded right away letting me know it was still there. Coming from Virginia we worked out a time for me to come up. They had the vehicle ready for me to look at and test drive. Layla even spent the time to show me the many features. The purchasing process was very easy and smooth.

shively’s provides poor customer service.

shively’s provides poor customer service. amanda hammond (service department) doesn’t know any knowledge when it comes to explaining what is wrong with your vehicle. i had to call 7 times within a 4 day period just to get a diagnosis of what was wrong with my 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle. i, as a customer should have not been reaching out that many times. then i get a estimate from amanda via a generic word document, not even a professional indepth description or estimate. they quoted me near $8,000 for a remanufactured transmission. when i went to pay $534 for the invoice just for them to look the vehicle over, the women at the desk didn’t even know what proper invoice went with what vehicle. told me i didn’t owe anything then found it and charged me $534 just to open the transmission manifold to diagnose it.. i refuse to refer anyone to shively motors and will never bring my business/service to them again - super unprofessional company / dealership - i picked my vehicle up and took it elsewhere!

I had my car serviced there and the service as always is

I had my car serviced there and the service as always is great. The ladies at the desk are very nice. When my car was done everything about my car was explained to me and the price was affordable. Job well done !

Very kind and attentive sales reps.

Very kind and attentive sales reps. The vehicle was ready for us to test drive when we arrived. There was no pressure. I never once felt like I was being pushed into something I didn't want. They worked out each of my concerns and we were able to come to an agreement that I felt good about. Nate was a pleasure to work with even as the dealerships closing time approached and as time ran over into their closing time, I never felt rushed or pushed through any process eventhough I took a long time debating, asking questions and thinking it over before coming to a decision. Overall I am happy with the vehicle. I feel good about the price, condition of the vehicle, thoughts on reliability, warranty, customer service, etc. Just felt good leaving with my vehicle and I am still happy a few days after taking the vehicle home.
