    I advised the sales person I was driving from several hours away and asked of the condition of the body fo the car. He said and I quote "it is dusty and... has a couple of paint chips not perfect but nice." Keep in mind I told him I would be driving several hours and I would not buy the car if not as described. This thing had at least not one less than 75 chips in the hood alone not counting fenders, bumper, door and rear quarter panel. My estimate and it is a conservative one that car has at least 125-150 paint chips all over i even asked him to please walk around and check so he did not accidentally miss anything. Wasted 5 hours of my time they should be ashamed.

    Service is usually quick and scheduling is easy. Nice waiting area and they always go over any repairs or service that was done in detail. Service managers... are always pleasant and helpful.

    I have been looking at used Silverados online. I found a nice truck at a good price that they just got in. I made a time to take a look at it and they... actually raised their listing price by $2000. How does that work? You list it at a price then decide you just want to change it after a person is interested. Now it makes you wonder what else they change the price on if your not paying attention. How hard is it to be upfront and honest. I doubt I will deal with them now.

    The only new cars I have ever owned have come from Kenny Ross. I couldn't think of buying a new car somewhere else. The staff is always so courteous, accommodating... and helpful. I know when my car is in for service Ray Weber will make sure everything is taken care of. I have confidence in the team of Kenny Ross in Somerset.
