Long story short, I'd give them zero stars if it was an option. Anyway I went to purchase a 2023 Traverse today. I called the dealership before leaving to make sure they had the title and we would able to take the vehicle home today, which they insured me that they did and it was in hand. We arrived, test drove and agreed on a price. We then started the loan paperwork and they come out tell us they do not have the title. I explained how they wasted are time and money driving 100 miles one way to purchase the vehicle. Their only counter was to offer $250 off the price, I stated $1000 would be the minimum required for us to still make the purchase and the sales manager laughed. At this point I told him this place was a complete joke and they should be ashamed of themselves for conducting business in such a manner. I would never recommend H&H Chevy to anybody. Avoid this place and find a company that doesnt want to waste your time and money..

Friendly and efficient service and people We're loyal to H&H for over 20 years. They are always available and helpful for purchasing and servicing our vehicles.

Annual safety inspection. They were very quick and did not try to up-sell me on any additional service items. Good Experience. Will definitely use them again for future service.

Ask for an inspection & oil change. Did inspection but never did oil change. Had vehicle for 2 days to fix oil line leak because of failure to enter my extended warranty in their system. Very unpleased with service I received because of no communication. First time this has ever happened to me since I bought truck new in 2017.

Service has always been without issues BUT you may have to wear a tux while waiting for your car. I was waiting one day and a gentleman from the building across the way, looked important at least the way he was dressed. He asked me if he could help me. Did he think I was a homeless or what, sitting in the waiting room? I never forgot that. I have had two Cadillacs serviced there one of which I purchased there. Well, every place has its jerks.
