Service has always been without issues BUT you may have

Service has always been without issues BUT you may have to wear a tux while waiting for your car. I was waiting one day and a gentleman from the building across the way, looked important at least the way he was dressed. He asked me if he could help me. Did he think I was a homeless or what, sitting in the waiting room? I never forgot that. I have had two Cadillacs serviced there one of which I purchased there. Well, every place has its jerks.

I was on my way to Mechanicsburg to pick up a preowned jeep when I saw a few jeeps on your lot. I had the pleasure of having Brad Ramos help me. I found just the color I was looking for (not easy when shopping pre-owned).Along the test drive Brad's expertise and pleasant professional manner made the sale extremely easy. Working with Arlin in financial was an added bonus.

The overall experience was good, however when applying for my rebates for air and cabin filters there was a missing invoice repair number needed and the parts number for both filters were in correct for me to submit my rebate online
