We had a great experience at this dealership. Derrick was super helpful and listened to us when we explained our situation. He stayed after hours, offered us options, very helpful from the start. Everyone we talked to and that helped with the process was exceptional.

Thank you for passing the information along. It can be a tough job when the weather is bad and you have to clean snow off vehicles, fewer customers are coming in and you have to stay hours after close sometimes 2-3 times a week. The business can be brutal at times but it's nice to know that customers recognize the sacrifice. For the record, it's never a buying customer that keeps staff later that bothers anyone...ha. Dealership was very responsive from the first contact.

Dealership was very responsive from the first contact. I was treated very poorly a week prior, but Tim Diddle did it right! He happened to be ill that day, but hung in there until all the Ts were crossed and Is were dotted. Don’t hesitate to give time a call if you are looking at vehicles!!
