Thank you Carl Easley at Kreiger Ford

I have been a customer of Carl Easley for 25 years. He always goes the extra steps to insure I'm comfortable with all my decisions; which is no easy task given the fact that I have a hard time deciding! He is always patient and shows every detail. His knowledge of the cars I'm looking at is so helpful! I really feel that I am special when dealing with him! Thanks Carl and Kreiger Ford!!

Thank You to Carl Easley and Krieger Ford

After being a loyal Honda fan for many years we decided to give Ford a try . . . and we couldn't be happier!! Our salesman, Carl Easley, was recommended to us by a family friend and Carl definitely lived up to his recommendation. Carl didn't play the stereotypical car salesman game and instead provided accurate, honest information for us. When Krieger didn't have the exact car we wanted Carl searched other dealerships and said he would personally pick it up for us. We then decided to "build" our own and Carl walked us through Ford's build process from start to finish. Carl kept us in the loop as we were waiting for our vehicle to be delivered (about 6 weeks after ordering) -- calling when the VIN was released, estimated dates, etc. We 100% would recommend working with Carl and we will definitely use him again as our salesman.

2013 Ford Taurus Limited

Pleased with sales representative's assistance

My husband bought a car at Krieger Ford and had a very satisfactory experience, so when it came time for me to find a new car, I began my search at Krieger with the same salesperson my husband had. It was a good experience over all. The salesperson listened to me and helped me select cars to test that fit what I was looking for. At no time did I feel pressured into something I did not want to do, which I appreciated greatly. I didn't buy my new car yet, but would highly recommend Krieger based on my experience and on that of my husband. The person who handled his loan and all the paperwork was professional, knowledgeable, answered all our questions with easy-to-understand explanations, and did the job expertly and efficiently.

NEW LEASE

I JUST PICKED UP MY 2016 FORD ESCAPE WHICH IS A LEASE THIS MORNING FROM KRIEGER FORD. THE SALES REPRESENTATIVE AT KRIEGER THAT I DEALT WITH ON THIS LEASE IS CARL EASLEY AND HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS IN WORKING WITH ME TO SECURE THIS 2016 FORD ESCAPE. CARL REALLY KNOWS THE CAR BUSINESS AND I HAD A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH CARL IN SELECTING THE VEHICLE THAT I WANTED TO REPLACE THE 2013 FUSION THAT I WAS TURNING IN AS THE LEASE WAS SET TO EXPIRE ON THAT CAR. CARL AND I HAD BEEN IN TALKS SINCE LAST AUGUST AND HE AND I WERE IN CONTACT WITH EACH OTHER AS TO WHEN TO GET TOGETHER TO DISCUSS MY OPTIONS AS THE LEASE ON MY 2013 FUSION WAS WINDING DOWN. CARL DIDN'T PRESSURE ME IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM, HE JUST LET ME DISCUSS WITH HIM WHAT I WAS INTERESTED IN AND THEN HE PROCEEDED TO WORK WITH ME TOWARDS SECURING THE VEHICLE THAT I WAS INTERESTED IN. AFTER I HAD MADE MY SELECTION AS TO WHAT I WANTED IN A 2016 VEHICLE, HE HAD ME COME IN TO SEE HIM IN JANUARY TO ORDER WHAT I WANTED AND HE INFORMED ME BACK AROUND MID DECEMBER THAT WE NEEDED TO GET TOGETHER IN JANUARY, AS FORD WAS CUTTING OFF ANY ORDERS ON AN ESCAPE AS OF MID JANUARY. I REALLY APPRECIATED THE FACT THAT CARL INFORMED ME OF FORD'S DECISION ON ACCEPTING ORDERS ON THE ESCAPE MODEL AND ALLOWING ME TO ORDER MINE BEFORE THAT DEADLINE, AS I HAD SPECIFIC FEATURES THAT I WANTED ON MY ESCAPE . I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER OF KRIEGER FORD SINCE 2001 AND I WILL NOT GO TO ANY OTHER DEALER. I HAVE BEEN TREATED VERY WELL BY KRIEGER FORD IN THE 15 YEARS THAT I HAVE DEALT WITH THEM ON ALL LEVELS FROM THE LEASING ASPECT, MAINTENANCE, DEALING WITH CHRIS IN THE FINANCE OFFICE AND THE BODY SHOP AT KRIEGER. I HAVE EVEN HAD THE GREAT PLEASURE OF MEETING JEFF KRIEGER, WHO ALONG WITH HIS BROTHER DOUG ARE CO -OWNERS OF KRIEGER FORD, AND JEFF IS A SUPER GUY. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND CARL EASELY TO ANYONE THAT I KNEW OF WHO WAS LOOKING FOR A NEW FORD. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT HOW PROUD AND FORTUNATE I AM OF HAVING THE WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE OF WORKING WITH A VERY HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE SALES REPRESENTATIVE AS I HAVE HAD WITH CARL EASLEY AND HE CERTAINLY REPRESENTS KRIEGER FORD IN THE HIGHEST POSSIBLE REGARD OF PROFESSIONALISM THAT I CAN THINK OF. I WILL CONTINUE TO BE A CUSTOMER OF KRIEGER FORD AND CARL FOR AS LONG AS I POSSIBLY CAN.
