White's Ford, Service did not go well. Made an appointment for a Wednesday (Aug 28, 2019) to have the truck repaired. This was done a week in advance... of the repair. Had brake trouble so had to have truck towed into White's 7 days before repair appointment. I thought I would check on the work the day it was suppose to be done and was told more important work needed done ahead of mine. So mine got put off. 3 days later they finally fixed my truck. Of course I received no notice of any kind and was told he would only call me when the work was done. (He did not of course). A little rude I thought. xxxx of a way to run a business. I just bought a new vehicle in April ( From White's) and ask the sales lady to give me a price on my trade in while it was there on a new truck. After this deal I told her to forget it. If this is how you treat your long, long time customers; I guess I need to shop around little. From the Service Department I never got a I'm sorry about that, kiss my xxx or anything. Was told more important work needed done ahead of mine. Eric Lacey
