    Took vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. Driving home entire wheel fell off because "ace" mechanic did not tighten lug nut. It took... an attorney ($1000) and 3 months to get the vehicle fixed and returned to us. The owner and manager never even spoke to us (and believe me we called them numerous times!) Talk about not caring about their customers!!!

    I've had the best experience at Courtesy... Jim and his team really have dynamite customer service. Most places kinda forget about you once they hand you... over the keys. Not Courtesy!! Their service department remembered my name when I came in for my first oil change... I was in and out quickly , and they were so friendly. Just wanted to say thanks again for the great service!! Customer for life!!

    It was great dude business with Zack at courtesy great staff great employees. I bought a 2014 Ford Taurus everything about the car with great except for... not having speakers in the car hopefully we'll get this issue resolved soon.

    Great staff and people Zack was a great salesman and I bought a 2014 ford taurus. I'm glad my friend Richard sent me to Zack at courtesy. I recommend them... thank you. The only thing I wish they would of included speakers with the car that part is bad. They need to give me speakers and I'll be really happy.
