    Went in looking for a used Dodge Journey. Met Cal Jurman,great salesman, very easy to deal with. After a test drive and a little negotiating, we settled on a price. Even thought they were already about 2,000 under blue book,they were willing to lower it a little more to make our payments where we needed them to be.We would definitely, and will be,willing to buy another vehicle from them.     Had an amazing experience at Keller Bros buying a used car recently. After finding the listing on their website I called and spoke with Cal who was extremely friendly and helpful in providing me the information I needed and sending me pictures of the vehicle. I visited once to check the vehicle and provide a down payment then stopped in a second time to finalize the purchase. Cal & Gary (business manager) made this a very easy and low pressure process. Both were very knowledgeable and honest. I sensed a great deal of integrity from the employees and management at this dealership. My wife and two young children joined on the second visit. The facility had cookies, drinks, toys and games to keep the kids busy. They did not want to leave. Overall this was a great experience. I would buy again and recommend to others.

    We have been happy with the service dept at KBF Lititz and have used them exclusively for a little over two years. With our very first visit, we felt confident that we had come to the right place to maintain our hybrid. Their service technicians are up on all of the latest technology that Ford is offering in their vehicles these days...we had been with a different dealer, but were not happy with the quality of service or with their people skills. We can genuinely tell you that Keller Bros'. customer service, their attention to detail, and the way they go above and beyond is not like any other dealer we have dealt with. However, this past week, they took things to a whole other level! AFTER having our car for a week to solve a puzzling problem and waiting several days for an unusual part, we paid our (very reasonable) bill on Saturday and happily headed back home in our car. Monday, Chris Keller (service dept) made a follow-up call to see how the car was running AND to let us know that he had gone back over our service history and discovered that during one of our service appts. to correct a recall, they MAY have actually caused the loose connection in the wiring harness that they had to repair last week. Therefore, they were refunding our money for that repair because it wasn't fair to charge us if it was their fault. I WAS AMAZED! I cannot imagine many companies out there today who would have gone the extra step all last week trying to resolve the problem....and then to go the extra MILE to do follow-up research AND then to admit to the customer what they suspect happened and refund the repair fees? We would never have known...but they would and couldn't let it go that way. KELLER BROTHERS FORD...with this kind of business model, you know how to get a customer, treat a customer, and KEEP a customer. WE LOVE YOU!

    On February 22, 2016 I called the dealership to inquire about a 2011 ford ranger, we where told it was in good condition with only 50,000 miles on it. We were told it was at there dodge dealership just up the street that they would have it brought down for us to see this was at 10am we told them we would be there at around 5pm. Myself and my son drove one hour and fifty minutes to see this vehicle. Upon arriving the vehicle was dirty and had scratches on all fenders. We explained to the you sales man that we where disappointed to see the condition of the vehicle after traveling so far we where lead to believe the vehicle was in good condition. No one even to the time to clean it for a ford dealership I found this very disappointing . He was nice and went to get a assistance manager who came out I did not get his name, he was rude to say the least, he stated that they did not have time to clean it and we could have it buffed out for $150.00 and he felt it would look great. I stated that this vehicle has been on there lot for almost 90 days and being a certified Ford dealership they should a buffed and clean the vehicle before a customer comes to see it not tell me to have it buffed out at cost to me, and someone should let us know the wear on the out side of the vehicle before we traveled that far there pictures they took of the vehicle did not show one scratch and I will tell you the entire vehicle was scratched to the degree buffing would not have taken most of them out. He continued to argue the point till I asked to see the general manager a gentle men came out and stated he was the general manager his answer that the asst. manager we spoke was in training and should not have spoke to us like that. His answer was that he runs the Keller Ford dealership and that the vehicle was brought down Keller Dodge dealership and they at that dealership do not do the same job as he requires his staff to do that if this vehicle was on his lot it would have been buffed and cleaned before we viewed it. I wonder if the owner Mr. Keller is aware of how his dealership are run and how his staff treat new customers. In closing I have purchased several vehicles and have never been treated like this at certified Ford dealership and if you are treated like this when you are looking to buy a vehicle I can only imagine what the service department must be like I plan to contact Ford also to advise them and will say be ware on purchasing any used vehicle form this deal ship.
