C Harper East service/ PartsJust got 2021 Silverado...
C Harper East service/ Parts Just got 2021 Silverado there traded 2018 that I got at Bell Vernon where I would give their Service 5 stars, however East is a different story, I ordered a factory tonneau cover thru my sales person who was very good, long story short the tonneau sagged during recent rain, and water lays on top It show’s specifically in the direction that was suppose to have 4 supports, mine did not hence sag and water ponding. I returned to the dealer as the directions said that came with the tonneau 2 weeks after purchase. Went to parts and service explained the issue: Service fellow said this isn’t a GM product 3rd part, I said your people ordered it, I showed him the directions that showed 4 supports, he said must be for another tonneau, I said no it came with it, then asked if I had the box, I said no I put it on 2 weeks ago, he said nothing he can do! He never went to look at the truck, never asked for receipt and I said what do I do? He said file a complaint, good luck!! Nice, so I sure did, called the number on his “non GM” tonneau and it’s GM customer service! The number is right below where it says return to your dealer with problem with the co we! And I obliged him with a complaint and this review, something so simple becomes time and aggravation! The GM representative sent a case number, I sent them pictures and information. What a xxxx of a way to open a new dealership! I may take all my services to Another dealer, I cannot recommend anyone dealing with C Harper East service. Bell Vernon a different story good people! Hopefuy GM customer service can guide me to a simple resolution to a simple problem This truck won’t be serviced there!

C Harper was an ideal experience...I was informed but not bombarded ... Acknowledged but not attacked ...Guided not pushed into my right direction and provided many options and choices...I am still in process of making final decision at my own pace and not bothered which works great for me.

Pleasantly Srprised.
My wife decided it was time to trade in her 2017 Malibu on a Cadillac CT5. Browsing the internet she found a car in the color she wanted at C. Harper. We drove out on a Sunday to look at the car even though the dealership was closed. The car looked like everything she wanted, so Monday she called to inquire, and Talked to Jeff Bankovich, who provided everything she wanted to know and told her he could have the car ready for a test drive whenever she wanted. She Made an appointment for Tuesday, Jeff explained that he had a previous commitment but he would have someone help us until he became available. Like any knowledgeable buyer I started my research on pricing incentives trade in value and such. On the drive to the dealer my wife and I discussed where we wanted to be on numbers + or minus.We got to the dealer a little late. We were introduced to Jeff and he passed us off to Tim for the test drive, which consisted of various type of roads and traffic. Tim was knowledgeable and answered all questions. Once we pulled back into the dealership Tim asked the dreaded question " So other than price is there anything keeping you from driving this car home today?' (LOL). My head immediately filled with vision of 4 square papers, countless sidebars to the sales manger etc. I'm now ready for the grind. Jeff took us to his office and started the small talk, and asked if we were paying cash or financing. Here it comes. I told Jeff lets talk price and leave finance to the end. Now here's where it gets good. The price was right where my wife and I agreed + $200.00. So now i figure they're going to under value the trade, Nope right where I wanted to be. So now off to finance with Joe, here comes the hard sell right? Nope. No BS. I was so shocked on the ride home trying to figure out where we got took. It's a shame that we probably won't be in the new car market for a long time now. C. Harper and Jeff in particular will get my business in the future, I will recommend them to anyone I know looking for a new car. My only regret is we didn't buy from them sooner. 5 star people and experience!

My husband and I stopped in to test drive a new car one...
My husband and I stopped in to test drive a new car one evening (5/28/2020) and walked the lot first to make sure we knew what one or two we wanted to test drive. We walked into the showroom, no one greeted us & the man at the main desk walked away from us. Five other men were talking in two offices and three of them made eye contact with us as we stood at the main desk and waited. No one came to help us or ask if we needed anything. After 8 minutes of them all waking around talking to each other in the offices, we left. We will go somewhere else for our new car.

I was well taken care of. Was given a loaner when the repair was over 4 hours.
Horrible
I called yesterday to schedule maintenance on my truck. Received an email that it was due and it’s under warranty so I don’t want to mess with that. Got an appointment for 1230 the next day. Told them I would drop off and pick up after work. They said fine. Returned after work to find my truck sitting in the same spot as I left it with nothing done to it. Went inside and told them I wanted my keys and I was leaving. “No problem sir” but there was a problem, they couldn’t find my keys!!! After the service guy hung up after 45min of waiting I gave them my phone number and left. For such a big business you would think that they would have their stuff together but not the case. The techs are great and it’s not their fault, it’s the guys in charge of them that’s the problem. Truly a shame I’m forced to deal with incompetence because of the warranty on my truck. Would never deal with them again if I had the choice and I’d think twice about buying a vehicle from them if I were you. You’ve been warned
