    I can't say enough about the positive experience I had at Valley Nissan Subaru. I had a complicated credit issue and an immediate need for a car. I was looking for a new 4wd vehicle in my price range. My sales representative, Victor, found me the PERFECT car and Chris, the finance manager, got me the best interest rate possible...much better than any other dealer. I was amazed at their sincere desire to find me the best car at the best price. It was a seamless process. I am thrilled with the experience I had at Valley Nissan Subaru and would recommend them unconditionally.

    I purchased a 2016 Subaru WRX from the owner of the Valley Nissan dealer in October of 2016 and still have yet to receive my second key that I was PROMISED by numerous managers and have called dozens of times. Poor poor service. I do not recommend this dealership at all.

    I bought a 2003 GMC Envoy here. After some haggling and misunderstandings with manager Heath and salesman Justin, I feel like I got a pretty good deal. I got the price I was trying for, five free oil changes worded as two years worth of oil changes, and didn't have to trade in my old car. But then there were problems. The vehicle was given to me with almost an empty tank of gas, and after the first day, the battery died and upon jumping the vehicle, the key got stuck in the ignition. With effort, we replaced the battery, but the key remained stuck and only had enough power to take the car back to the dealership. This was all the cause of faulty inspection. I was reimbursed the battery cost and cost of tools I needed to replace it, and the service department attempted to fix the problems. However, on the first try, this was done with minimal effort, and I was told that I was "really being hooked up" by actually receiving a working car. About three days later, my check engine light came on, and had to return to Valley Nissan. This time, it seemed like they took the problem more seriously, and I believe they fixed the problem. No rudeness this time either. Upon my first free oil change, I inquired about transfer case fluids and was told that the dealership should have checked that before I bought the car. I told the service department that I bought the car from them, and suddenly all talk of what should have been done halted. Indeed my transfer case fluids were dirty as they were never checked, and was offered repair for two hundred fifty dollars. I declined. Lastly, I told my boyfriend that they're probably going to try to charge me for this free oil change--as a joke--but that actually happened as well. There was enough good people at Valley Nissan that I believe they have potential to be a really good car dealership--but at this time--I just can't recommend this facility.

    I had a small leak in a 2010 Murano with 59K miles on it. I took it to Boulder Nissan and they said that the Transfer Case (TC) was leaking and had to be resealed at a cost of about $1500. A couple of days later I was doing some research online a found that the TC holds only about 2 cups of fluid. I went back to Boulder Nissan and asked them if they had checked the TC fluid level when the determined that the TC was leaking. They said that they had not because it was difficult to get to and that the exhaust manifold was right there and would be too hot (they had the car for 4 hours). They told me I could make another appointment and bring the car in and for $75, they would check the TC fluid level. I took the car to my own mechanic and in 5 minutes, he opened the fill plug and fluid poured out from an overfilled TC. We captured the fluid and it appeared to have transmission fluid in the liquid. I took the fluid sample to Boulder Nissan and they just said that it was still just a TC problem, nothing to do with the transmission (which is still under the extended CVT warranty). I contacted Nissan Consumer Affairs who basically told me there was nothing that they would do to help me out. They told me that based on what Boulder Nissan told them, it was strictly a TC problem. They would not even pay to analyze the fluid removed from the TC I called Valley Nissan and talked to Nate Wysock, the service manager at Valley Nissan. I explained to him what my mechanic had discovered. He felt from what I described, that the transmission seal was probably bad and causing CVT fluid to leak into the TC. He said that if this was the problem, it would be covered under the extended warranty. He told me to bring in the vehicle and they would drain the TC and the transmission and determine what was going on and they would do this at no charge. It turned out that the Transmission Seal to the TC was bad and that, indeed, transmission fluid was leaking into the TC. Not only that, the "TC leak" that Boulder Nissan diagnosed, was actually fluid coming out of the breather tube at the top of the TC, due to the overfill problem. NO TC LEAK AFTERALL. Valley Nissan repaired the transmission leak under the extended CVT warranty. Nate and the rest of the staff a Valley Nissan couldn't have been more helpful or accommodating. Nate and Aiden were very communicative and kept us well informed as to the progress of the repair. They even offered us a free loaner car, which we did not need. When they ran into an additional issue that was not covered under the warranty, they went ahead and made that repair at no additional charge. I would highly recommend Valley Nissan, and a special thanks to Nate Wycoff.

    They sure do communicate with you when they want to sell the vehicle after they make the sell you don't hear a word from them . Test drove the vehicle and there were issues on the truck they said they would look into it and correct them and when they dropped the vehicle off they had not corrected the issues. or said why they could not after they said they would . Have called Valley Nissan about it emailed them about it and they have not returned my calls. Once again just like I'm the plague I would not return to this place .

    My wife and I were looking to replace her mini van with something newer and less miles. We visited numerous dealerships and used car lots in Loveland and Longmont. We found an Acura MDX online at Valley Nissan, came and test-drove it, then bought it. Our salesman Oscar and the finance manager Jose made the process quick and painless, and we got exactly what we wanted at the price we could afford. I am 58 years old and have bought many automobiles. This was by far the best car-buying experience I've ever had.
