Purchased a truck at another Ford dealer that had installed a NEW Motorcraft battery in it. 2 Months later it died. Tried to get it warrantied. First Gent... tells me I need the receipt from the replacement. Walk in with receipt and battery, but NO. It needs to be in the vehicle and tested from 30 min to 2 hrs before they can issue a replacement. I needed my vehicle so I purchased another battery. The numbers on Motorcraft batteries are apparently useless, as are the batteries ,unless you do not mind jumping through hoops to get it replaced. My new Interstate will not have that problem.

Saw a nice used Escape. We had been looking around the past 5-6 weeks for a 2010-2012 Escape for a 3rd vehicle. There were other in comparable price ranges... and mileage but this was local and I didn't have to run around 25-50 miles from home. That was worth it to me. The buying process was completed within 75 minutes, and that included a test drive. I wasn't there to haggle, and was in and out with what we wanted.

Took my car to carlisle pa family ford to get a recall on an airbag and when i went to pick it up my dash had big gaps and it obviously wasnt put together... right. Asked them to fix it and they said their supervisor wasnt here so id have to come back. When i came back a mechanic was pushing and pulling on it then said theres nothing i can do but replace your dash, Eventually saying at my cost. now theres a huge gap with foam actually sticking out. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere these idiots will screw your stuff up then leave you hanging!!

Scheduled appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Friendly staff, work done on time, and for a fair price. Small town local dealer. I do not... care for mega dealers of today.
