Bought a used car from this dealership on January 15th

Bought a used car from this dealership on January 15th got one key for the car was promised another set within 30 days by Zach never got it unto now call over.15 times left messages got no reply., I decided to call the Store Manager Jeff didn't get him left message call another was told he was in a meeting so before I left my information with the Receptionist Alexa I explained my situation she then took my information and promised me he will definitely return my call I'm still waiting Help !!Help !!!.

We have purchased pre-owned nissan leaf 2020

We have purchased pre-owned nissan leaf 2020 VIN#1N4AZ1CP3LC309737 on July 31st 2023. I am still waiting for Title and Registration. I have been following since last 6 months and numerous phone calls but keep on getting Temporary Registrations one after the other. Today, my temporary registration has expired and my daughter who is a student in NY is driving without it.

We went to buy a 2022 Nissan pro 4X that was advertised

We went to buy a 2022 Nissan pro 4X that was advertised at a good price. A salesperson named Singh was great to deal with. We made sure that we were not interested in any dealer added on fees. All of a sudden we were switched to a sales manager who had a slew of xx dealer fees that raised the price substantially. He tried to justify the fees by saying since it was a used vehicle they had to check various items on the truck. I always thought that it was the responsibility to provide the customer with a safe vehicle as part of the sale price. I had come with a substantial down payment in the form of bank checks. We decided not to even entertain the act of negotiating with them. I took my down payment and bought a 2023 leftover at Raceway Nissan where we were not treated as though we were morons that didn't know what buying a vehicle entailed as far as dealer add-ons .

Your apology is meaningless, this dealership has a history of doing this on a continuing basis. Instead of asking to speak with dissatisfied customers Maybe you should make some policy or personnel changes. I wrote my review so that others would know what to expect when going to this dealership. Hopefully some good may come of this.

Don’t waste your time

Went to this dealership to look at a Nissan frontier that was advertised asked why the price was different than the same vehicle at route10 Nissan (they are sister store) and they told me that this one is certified.then when we start talking numbers telling me that the certification will cost me $4000 more We’re basically trying to make me pay $40,000 for used car and that they had listed for $32 900 be very careful at this dealership. They play too many games. games that they could play 20 years ago but you really can’t play now. not worth your time and aggravation. They were supposed to call me back the next day and never got a phone call from them so I guess they don’t need my business , beware

I was sold a Canadian Car that needed significant repairs

I was sold a Canadian Car that needed significant repairs from Route 33 Nissan, and the salesman, Tyler, knew this but did make me aware. The extended warranty they sold me couldn’t cover repairs, and whenever I called Route 33, Nissan, they would transfer me to all over the dealership, and I would leave messages, never to get a callback. Eventually, the receptionist wouldn’t even answer the phone, and now I am out of a car after purchasing it six months ago from Route 33 Nissan.

January 2024/UPDATE: This 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee has been a source of constant issues for the past year. Every month, a warning light on the dashboard appears, ranging from the engine, the brakes, and the transmission, and despite having the ABS repaired last month, both the ABS and engine lights continue to turn on. The dealership's suggested solutions of bringing the vehicle in for service or trading it in for a new one present a significant inconvenience, particularly for a professional who travels for work. It is disheartening to consider that such a significant purchase continues to cause daily complications.

When you as the OTD (Out the door price) they will refuse

When you as the OTD (Out the door price) they will refuse sending you the information and stop communicating with you, their email will state their "Management" only allows to provide OTD price when the customer at their show room with their sales man. I asked twice for OTD price and they didn't respond. Scamming tactic, because the price you see online won't be the price you pay, they are going to inflate it with additional xx fees when you are the dealer and attempting the purchase, in the hope that you would agree to get you into monthly payment or waste your time for no reason, if they are honest about the pricing they would send the OTD like any other good dealership Don't fall for their relatively good price online, it is just a bait switch tactic. Avoid this dealership
