GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. You’ll get the musical chairs of sales persons who don’t communicate because you’ll repeat yourself 5x over. They’ll scam your finances through the ground. I asked several times what their interest rate would be and they “had to check” but never gave me an answer. Very dishonest and they (Tyler, Zach, Charly, Mike(? big guy in the back office where you’ll sign off) don’t disclose terms up front. They didn’t bother to mount the license plate. They never mentioned there was no second key, didn’t offer to have one made - with all the other nonsense that could’ve been an easy gesture. Then, the audacity to ask if I “give massages” by their retiree shop tech, Ronny(?). Forget arbitration, you’re asking for a police report.

If I could give this place zero stars I definitely would! They’ll get you a car but they’ll scam you in the process. I do love my car but this car dealership has some very sneaky tactics and they know it. PAY ATTENTION TO THE BAD REVIEWS!! They had me put a 6,000 down payment on a 22,000 dollar car and somehow I still owed 25,000 on my loan and that’s before interest. I was told the down payment was going towards the cars cost but it clearly did not. If you’re looking for a car shop around first, don’t be foolish like me. They will try to sweet talk you and say it’s your credit or something else but it’s not. They just want more money for their pockets. Singh my car dealer was nice but a con and they registered my vehicle to the wrong address so getting my new registration was a nightmare. I even called Singh asking for help and he never called back after saying he would. Simply put, stay away from this place and if they claim they’re giving you a good deal, walk away, go to other dealerships and you’ll find out it’s not a good deal! Doesn’t matter if it’s the color or car you want the prices they list are lies and they’ll try to take more. I only try to leave positive reviews but what they’re doing at this dealership shouldn’t be legal. With the amount of people reporting the same problem it should be a class action lawsuit. If you financed a vehicle and you’re happy, please pay attention to your financials. It is not worth going into more debt then you can handle for a car or these cons!

We have purchased pre-owned nissan leaf 2020
We have purchased pre-owned nissan leaf 2020 VIN#1N4AZ1CP3LC309737 on July 31st 2023. I am still waiting for Title and Registration. I have been following since last 6 months and numerous phone calls but keep on getting Temporary Registrations one after the other. Today, my temporary registration has expired and my daughter who is a student in NY is driving without it.

Bought a used car from this dealership on January 15th
Bought a used car from this dealership on January 15th got one key for the car was promised another set within 30 days by Zach never got it unto now call over.15 times left messages got no reply., I decided to call the Store Manager Jeff didn't get him left message call another was told he was in a meeting so before I left my information with the Receptionist Alexa I explained my situation she then took my information and promised me he will definitely return my call I'm still waiting Help !!Help !!!.

We went to buy a 2022 Nissan pro 4X that was advertised
We went to buy a 2022 Nissan pro 4X that was advertised at a good price. A salesperson named Singh was great to deal with. We made sure that we were not interested in any dealer added on fees. All of a sudden we were switched to a sales manager who had a slew of xx dealer fees that raised the price substantially. He tried to justify the fees by saying since it was a used vehicle they had to check various items on the truck. I always thought that it was the responsibility to provide the customer with a safe vehicle as part of the sale price. I had come with a substantial down payment in the form of bank checks. We decided not to even entertain the act of negotiating with them. I took my down payment and bought a 2023 leftover at Raceway Nissan where we were not treated as though we were morons that didn't know what buying a vehicle entailed as far as dealer add-ons .

Your apology is meaningless, this dealership has a history of doing this on a continuing basis. Instead of asking to speak with dissatisfied customers Maybe you should make some policy or personnel changes. I wrote my review so that others would know what to expect when going to this dealership. Hopefully some good may come of this.
