After a 90 minute drive from my home, and arriving at LB
After a 90 minute drive from my home, and arriving at LB Smith Ford, the service advisor intently listened to my concerns and reported back to me in the customer lounge about the test results on my battery. We discussed the results and mutually agreed that a new battery was the proper solution. The service department is an extremely strong reason I drive the hour and a half for all of my service on my F150. They know me and I trust LB Smith Ford.

Service was completed very quickly
Service was completed very quickly (inspection/emissions/The Works). A shuttle was available to take me home, so I didn't have to miss work, and picked me up to get my vehicle! Matthew, the shuttle driver, was very courtious and accommodating. An absolute pleasure to speak with. Chris was also great to deal with and had me in and out quite quickly. The service is why I keep coming back to LB Smith.

Easy to make an appointment. All the charges were explained to me in advance and the ultimate bill was identical to what I was quoted. The work was completed in the timeframe they quoted. Every worker was helpful and asked me if I needed anything else. I was given a complimentary drive home when I dropped my car up and then needed it to pick it up.

Friendly and seemed concerned about my issue. Did not want to waste my time and to try and resolve the issue as efficiently as possible. (I knew I needed a new battery-why test the old one it would just waste time and I still would need the new battery). The service was offered...I declined.
