Great first experience

This was my first time taking my vehicle to Coleman. It was for 2 safety recalls. I was able to get an appointment quickly and at my convenience with several options provided. The service shop was one of the cleanest shops I've ever seen! The service advisors were friendly and knowledgable. The work on my vehicle was done within 2 hours!! This location is convenient and not far from my work and I will definitely take my vehicle back there in the future! Great job guys!

EXCELLENT SERVICE

AFTER THOROUGHLY CHECKING THE CAR I WAS GIVEN A LIST OF ISSUES THAT NEEDED TO BE ADDRESSED AND THE OPTIONS FOR EACH ISSUE. WE PROCEEDED WITH THE REPAIRS AND WHEN DONE WE WERE PLEASED THAT THE MECHANIC WAS ABLE TO RESOLVE ONE POTENTIALLY EXPENSIVE REPAIR WITHOUT RESORTING TO REPLACING A VERY EXPENSIVE PART. AS IS OFTEN THE CASE, DISASSEMBLY IS NECESSARY TO GET TO THE ROOT OF THE PROBLEM.....THE MECHANIC DISCOVERED THE REPAIR TO BE A MINOR ISSUE OF TIGHTENING A PART RATHER THAN THE ORIGINAL PLAN TO REPLACE IT.. IT IS GOOD TO KNOW THAT COLEMAN WAS LOOKING OUT FOR OUR BOTTOM LINE AS WELL AS OUR SAFETY.

Great service

Coleman Buick were efficient and polite in fixing my Verano. I had to reschedule twice; no problem. I requested they pick up and deliver; they agreed. Both the Owner and the General Manager of the Repair Section delivered my car on a Friday night in the summer. The repair looked just like new.

Great Experience!

We stopped by your dealership on a lark - I wasn't out looking for a Buick. We test drove the Encore and it was nice. In speaking with Martin Suarez about what I was looking for in a vehicle he recommended I take the Regal out for a test drive. Turns out, that was the car for me. Martin was a pleasure to work with, he listened to me and read between the lines of what I wanted/needed, was very patient with all my questions, was a great salesman without being overbearing. In general he just a great guy. I'd highly recommend to anyone to go see Martin - when my lease is up in 3 years, I know I'll be back to see him.

Outstanding sales service and body shop

David Fleischer-our salesman-as sold us many cars in keeping with the Coleman tradition was outstanding from beginning to end-we've come to expect nothing less then five star service from Coleman from the sales department to the service department to the body shop.
