Another Great Experience!

I just bought my second new vehicle from the LHM team in Provo in the last 90 days. And, once again, they did a fantastic job! They make the whole process fast and easy. A special thanks to Wyatt (our extremely knowledgeable sales rep), Martin (finance manager) and Curtis (general manager)!

Oil change and Detail

Recently went in for an oil change and detail and all I can say is that I am very very satisfied with Tony Love's work and customer service. Every time I have talked to him either through phone or in person, he has not once changed his attitude towards helping me. When I need to get ahold of him for a question and he doesn't answer, he calls me back as soon as he gets a chance. He is the type of person that knows how to make you smile after a long day of work and best of all, will save you money and doesn't try to get you to pay for something you don't need. When I picked up my car it felt like I was driving out of the dealership with a brad new car. I will definitely keep taking my car to him for any services it may need in the future.

Not good customer service . When I drove into repair garage. 2 employees, one walked away the other said he was busy. When next guy came out he walked by me I had to go get him to help me. Acted too busy to help me.

Above and beyond

Going above and beyond what I expected is really the best way to sum the entire experience up. I have a very long story to tell about my service center experience at another Jeep Dealership in American Fork, that caused me to end up at LHM in Provo. When I arrived at LHM Jeep, I ran into Mate, who ended up being my service advisor. My new Rubicon, with less than 10,000 miles on it, needed new rear shocks, and apparently his parts department had a pair, and it was the only pair in the state. He took me over to the parts department, and verified they had the shocks in stock. Juan verified they did, but they were for another customer. He made a call to the customer and found out they didn't need them any longer. At 2:30 in the afternoon, Mate took me back to the service department, and said he would get me right in, and have the shocks installed, under warranty. The work was done in 2 hours! Mate communicated with me the whole way, and was just simply awesome. I still can't believe how helpful the entire crew at LHM Service and Parts were in actually trying to help me out and make it a seamless experience. Thank you Mate, Thank you Juan, and everyone who was a part of making this service repair a positive 5 star experience! That Jeep Dealership in American Fork could learn about 1000 things from your team about how to treat people, how to solve problems and how to make a customer feel like they care! Spewing antifreeze

I got the car in expeditiously. The communication was clear, and the repairs handled well. The only problem was that the driver was too busy to pick me up for about two hours. He was a very pleasant driver doing a great job, just not enough drivers.

Do NOT take your car here! Had a simple oil change done, then had to take it back 2 MORE TIMES for continued leaking. Brennan, the car guy, yanked hard and broke the hood latch release so it was replaced while there, but since there was “no labor warranty “ applied to this “free” fix, we were told we would have to pay $250 to actually fix it correctly once we got home and it broke again right away. Brennan does NOT know how to fix cars. These guys do not know what they are doing and just trying to squeeze every penny out of you! Their prices are ridiculous. Go somewhere else!!!!
