Deceitful-did not give me all financial information. Dishonest- Lied about what information was on the forms I signed Took full advantage of an older... female who was purchasing a car alone for the first time. Very pushy- pressured me. Bad customer service and not proper people persons for sure. I will give a negative review to everyone as they notice I have a new car. The price was so much higher than advertised which is the only reason I looked into it.

Brought the Van in for a bad bearing. They found a couple of other items that needed attention - under warranty - and got me taken care of quickly and... with quality. They could have waited to do them, but I appreciate that they did them then, when the vehicle was there. Others would have waited as long as possible before doing “free” work.

Nic was so helpful with us! He took the time to get to know us and wasn't ever pushy. He just wanted to help us get the car we wanted with the best deal.... I would definitely recommend him to a friend. We will purchase all of our cars from him.

Wrote a review about LHM Provo CDJR. General Manager asked me to call. I tried 3 times. Left 3 messages. Sent an email. as of now, I have received... ZERO responses. I am sure Mr Grieve is a busy person. I would hope that he would take the time to respond, since he asked me to contact him. Very Disappointing

I had the absolute WORST experience regarding the General Sales Manager and service department. I had my car serviced at this dealership and a week later... had it towed back due to complications that the service department didn’t communicate to me in my first service visit. I made it very clear that I needed my car diagnosed, fixed, and back in my possession in the same day. The service department had the opportunity to communicate what was going on from 11am until 6pm. Not a single word was communicated to me all day and next thing I know, the service department was closed. Mason, the service advisor that I was working with, also failed to communicate that I would not be able to pick up my car that day. Then, me and my mother drove to the dealership to see if we could resolve the issue. We were then approached by the general sales manager who was INCREDIBLY rude to me AND my mother, refused to help us, and LIED to us about not having access to my car in order for me to get my much needed prescription, and then demanded that we leave. We then called the service department the next day to see what was going on with my car and they admitted to me that the lug nuts were not tightened properly in my initial visit, but they still let my drive off with my car. I EASILY could have been killed due to my lug nuts not being properly tightened. This dealership has only showed unprofessionalism and I will NEVER be returning to this establishment.
