DISHONEST, RUDE, AND DISRESPECTFUL!! BE WARNED!
DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! The salesman seemed honest and helpful up to purchase, but after the sale was complete, (just one day later), the communication was the complete opposite. By far the WORST customer service I've EVER experienced! Natalie (Natalia Lafollette) the General Sales Manager was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful and did not follow through with what she agreed to in written form. Minor items but committed to non the less- (cargo cover and keys to the roof rack), which I also have in written form. The original cargo cover the salesman provided was not only the incorrect cover but non functioning. Upon multiple attempts to contact both via text (the only way she and the sales rep communicated) and phone calls (which always went to voicemail), she apparently blocked my number (blue texts became green in terms of receipt on iphone). I've never been more disgusted by the way I was treated and completely regret spending my money with this team. I should have trusted my instincts when the vehicle was terribly detailed (if at all). Now, two months after purchase, the disgust and disappointment that I am left with only furthers my need to let potential customers know. I've never had to write a negative review in my life, but I couldn't with a clear conscious, allow this treatment to happen to another person without warning.

I love my new car!! Aaand they delivered it to me
I love my Durango!!! I worked with Natalia and Feras. They were amazing. Let me do my paperwork over the phone. Picked up my truck I traded in, and delivered me my new car. Who does that!!??? As one of their salesmen talked to me about. I am a “raving fan”.

Took 2 weeks for them to change my battery. Trash service, even worse customer service. Had to go in person 3 times, and call probably 10 times.

Worked with Corbin this morning to buy a new truck - flawless process, and walked away with exactly what I wanted. They actually have rebates available from Ram, which these days are like hens teeth. Overall great experience and would highly recommend buying your vehicle here!

Poor service - spend your money somewhere elae
Bought 2 new jeeps from this dealership. Our 2019 needs service on the electrical system. They wanted our Jeep left on their location for 3 days just to diagnose with no loaner car provided. They stopped answering our call from both my phone number and from my wife’s phone number. Did not eve get an estimate for number of days to repair it. As a customer I asked them to perform according to their written and advertised service level or to change their website. Seem it’s har to for them to provide the advertised service level. I do not think they should drop their standards when it gets hard for them. Deal with it but keep your problems from negatively impacting your customers. It’s actually their own greed as to why they don’t have loaner vehicles to help compensate for extended service times. Thy don’t have loaners because used car prices got so high they sold them. Pure greed. Do not shop here because they refuse to service what they sell.

Mark Hansen and LHM Provo are Great!

They've had my car for a month?!
They've had my car for a month now, and I'm still waiting with no clear ETA. I tried calling, and I was put on hold while they page the service advisor to pick up the phone. 5 minutes later I'm greeted by the same person, and put on hold again so hopefully the service advisor will pick up the phone. No luck, and I'm greeted a third time by the same person. She says she will go try to find the service advisor and I'm put on hold for 20 minutes and counting. I was told that the policy is that they have to have the car at the dealership from the day that I bring the car in for service, is there no scheduling? I understand that the technicians need to be able to have time to work on the vehicles, but what do the customers do in the meantime? I'm losing 3 hours a day by taking the bus, and I'm exhausted and infuriated. I hope I'm just unlucky and this isn't something they do to every customer. They need to change their policies, operating procedures, management or something because this is ridiculous.
