I drove all the way from CO buy a Jeep from Larry Miller, Provo. Easy enough until they got my money and since then they have treated me like dirt. Jeep... needed a new windshield which was promised. Since then I have been totally ignored. Promises not kept even though in writing. Cannot even get a return call or a text. Not even courteous enough to respond to my messages, which have been polite. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM LARRY MILLER PROVO ... you will be sorry. They lie!

Friendly honest service. Did not keep me informed when job was done. Had to leave vehicle at shop overnight after oil change and radiator flush.

I dropped my car off at 0930 am. They told me it was a two hour job. 12:30 I called them for a status update, they said they are still working on it. Computer... issues. Would be done around 4:00. They finally picked me up at 6:00 pm! No loaner car. I was stuck w/o a car. Took 9 hours!

The dealership and time spent we’re good but I’m not a fan of the attempted up selling of unnecessary maintenance. If mopar doesn’t suggest it then it... is an unappreciated tactic. I don’t think service people should also sales people.

My car was experiencing a recharging problem. I called this dealership because I have a LHM warranty. They took it on Friday night and returned it to... us on Tuesday. They were very helpful. I will for sure use them again.
