I have bought new and used vehicles and had thousands of

I have bought new and used vehicles and had thousands of dollars or service done here over the years. Talked into buying several oil change for a “good deal “ My experience lately has not been good. Scheduled an oil change. Was told it would take about an hour or so. After 2 1/2 hours they still had not even started on it. 3 hours later they finished it. I could see the wait had I just dropped in. But Is scheduled an appointment to get a time. Not happy with the service I received today. Will not be back.

No stress car buying?

No stress car buying?- ask for John! He listened to what I wanted, answered ALL my questions, explained everything about the truck, was flexible on how I wanted the deal and gave me a good price for my trade. Very few car sales people have the knowledge that John obviously has from his years of experience. He understood it was a big investment for me and wanted to be sure I was getting the truck that met my needs - it never felt like he was just trying to close the deal. So if you go to LHM in Provo - be sure to ask for John.

I bought my truck from Larry H.

I bought my truck from Larry H. Miller Chevy on July 15th. It broke down on the way home back to Las Vegas with only 224 miles on it. It's still broke down and seems to be unrepairable. I've been without my brand new $80,000 truck for 63 days!! Their response to me was "take it up with Chevy"!! Unbelievable.

Larry H. Mlller Chevy: Provo, Utah Great!

We live between California and Utah and were special ordering a Tahoe from out-of-state which involved special considerations for determining a fair trade-in value for our current vehicle, which hadn't been inspected by the dealership. Howard Brandt and Sean Carlson in Provo made every effort to special order our Tahoe and give us an excellent trade-in value for our California-licensed vehicle. They also pre-processed all of the registration paperwork via email so our time at the dealership was streamlined. We were given compete personal attention, especially with setting up all the new online services over the internet. We'll definitely return to Larry H. Miller Chevy in Provo for our next vehicle purchase.
