    I was unsure whether I wanted to purchase a truck or an SUV. The salesman Charlie Shaver was excellent! He was very patient and extremely knowledgeable in showing me around the lot and different features in different vehicles. It was really a head ache until I showed up at South Hills Chrysler that will be my first stop in the future when I go to buy a new or used vehicle!

    I tried using them on over 8 occasions due to the convenience and proximity to my home. I was terribly disappointed each and every time, for issues ranging from: picking up the vehicle only to find that the problem was not repaired (despite being assured that it was) and having to return multiple times before repairs were completed (happened 2 times on both Jeep and Dodge vehicles), to the "ubiquitous" $100+, 1 hr. "diagnostic fee" which they charge for practically everything, including obvious problems and ones which they are explicitly informed of at the time of drop off; to being forced to wait 45 minutes for them to fetch a car when picking after a service appointment; to having to pay for unnecessary repairs to fix parts that aren't broken ($600+ alternator); to failure to honor warranty repairs; to having to return multiple times for recall notice repairs. As evidenced by my multiple visits, I really tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but was extremely let down and dismayed each and every time. Service representatives are indifferent at best, so when I finally approached Service Manager to complain he was unfazed, uncaring and blatantly unapologetic, blaming the owner's strict policies. Ironically (or perhaps not), today I finally had enough and visited another local service provider to arrange the work which South Hills had refused, and the woman immediately in front of me in line was complaining bitterly about, GUESS WHO? SOUTH HILLS CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP's extremely poor service! So, it appears I am not the only one who has had terrible service experiences. Unless you value poor quality service, extremely poor customer service and unnecessarily huge repair bills, I highly recommend finding another service provider.

    Terrible service department. Issues are never fixed and you have to go back multiple times to have anything addressed. Service Advisors only document issues but do not quality control anything that technicians tell them. Awful experience. I have taken car in 4 times for same issue, and though Service Advisors have experienced and commented on this issue, i keep driving off the lot and seeing that nothing was fixed. This happens every time i report an issue to this dealership. Service Manager does not return calls either, which is infuriating. Feel helpless and gullible for buying a car here. Stay away

    Not sure where to start. Service Advisors seem disinterested. Nothing gets fixed on the first visit. It takes multiple visits for the same issue to (maybe) have anything resolved. Tell you 'thats the way it is supposed to work' or 'unable to replicate issue'. It is only after driving with a technician in the car that they will acknowledge the issue. It is frustrating and unproductive...and infuriating. Service Manager does not meet with customers and does not return telephone calls. Let the buyer beware.

    1St class service all the way ,Dominic, went out of his way to help me buy my 2016 jeep renegade. I haven't bought a jeep since 2002. Traded in my 2002 for a renegade. Luv it already. If u go 2 the South Hills jeep,kia dodge dealership in Mcmurry Pa ask for Dominic 4 A-1 service

    In June 2016, my husband and I came to South Hills Chrysler, Doge, Jeep, Ram & Fiat to look at a used Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. Our sales associate was Dan Johnson. During the sales process, Dan was very patient with me and actually listened to what I wanted. He spent several hours with us to make sure that what we looked at met all of our needs. He even ran one of them through the car wash to highlight the color of it. (It looks black, but clean and in the right sun - its a BEAUTIFUL Forest Green) Such a small thing - a car wash - that he personally took care of, SOLD the jeep. During my paperwork process, it was discovered that the Jeep would need a factory recall done. A few days later the parts arrived, and Dan personally brought us a loaner jeep and took ours for the recall. I don't know many car salesmen that would go above and beyond the way he did for us. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a car here!

    Charlie Shaver was our salesman, he has been there 25 years and it was obvious because his knowledge and personality alone sold the sharp Dodge Durango we purchased from Charlie. My parents only buy from this dealership and we will now do our business here in the future after the wonderful experience we had.

    I took my car in for inspection, oil change and tire rotation. I was called and told I needed work done to pass inspection. The estimate was off by hundreds of dollars. They did work I did not authorize and even though I complained and asked for feedback from the manager, I was never contacted. I emailed my concerns and there was no response to that either. Poor customer service. I'll never go back.
