Had a vehicle online that was too good to be true, once I inquired about it ...of course it is no longer available. Deceptive practices that dealerships do...no suprise. This is the 3rd dealership that has done this to me in the last week...if it sounds good, chances are it AIN'T there!!!

I looked up my KBB value of my car for a trade in and it

I looked up my KBB value of my car for a trade in and it was a little over 20 thousand dollars. They offered us 15 thousand. Not even close. This is not the first time I've been here. I bought a Nissan truck from them years ago and was given a super lowball then. Save your time and money and make sure you look up your Kelly Blue Book trade in value with your VIN number to ensure they're not trying to screw you too.

Took 1.5 hrs for a oil change , way to long and never gave a reason . 30-45 , maybe up to a hr is ok . Not 1.5 hrs
