    Just want to let you know our experience at Tom Masono Lincoln was not a ordinary experience!We had a very knowledgeable salesman (Richard Nolt) and was not pushy. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone and this salesman as well. Everyone was acomodating and helped us out with all the questions we had since this is our first Lincoln and I'm sure it won't be our last.

    Service personnel were friendly, courteous and professional. Pricing is quite reasonable and competitive with a nice printed summary of the vehicle's condition. The service was completed quickly and I was on my way within forty minutes. I was completely satisfied and will return to Masano Ford for futire maintenance and repair services. I will mention that the QuickLane waiting area is a bit cramped andthat thecounter personnel had virtually no space in which to work. Thus, my 3 star rating for facilities

    Due to to the level of care that this dealership has shown and Lincoln motor company, I personally will never buying another Lincoln or Ford product again. Since the purchase of this car, my MKZ has been in the dealership's hands longer than mine for the same repairs. I have owned this vehicle for a little over 3 months and for over 2 months the vehicle has been in the shop for repairs. This car was a certified preowned vehicle with 12 thousand miles on it. This should not be happening from a car this new.

    I brought my new vehicle in for it's 5000 mile checkup and for state inspection. I was told it would be ready in a little over an hour, but I was ready to go in 50 minutes. Easy check in and check out. I was a bit disappointed with their waiting area. The TV is blasting in this tiny space and music was coming out of speakers at the same time.
